I'm super annoyed I usually don't come to this nails shop but I figured it's close to my home I'll try it out. So I called before I went and asked how long the wait was the lady that answered told me there was no wait, that there was no one there but I had to come now. My house is literally 2 min from there. When I get there it's full of ppl and she tells me to pick a color. Clearly picking a color doesn't take longer than an hour which is what I waited before I got up and left. Besides that, they kept taking in people that got there after me smh. Will never come here again. Wasted my time on the only day I have free. Thanks for nothing read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to get my pedicure done (as happy as one can be). After I got my pedicure done I was ready to pay, I paid $75 for my pedicure. Why 75? I didn't think anything of it and just went about my day, while getting into my car I started paying attention to my toenails. I noticed that my pedicure was poorly done and looked absolutely ridiculous. For $75 I expected it to be perfect. read more

Went to get a fill and a pedicure. I ended up paying $38 for those two things, no gel or anything. The pedicure was great but the nail technician kept on burning me with the electric nail file. After I said it was hurting she said that it was because I kept moving, which was untrue. I've been looking for a new place to do my nails but this definitely won't be the place. read more

Will rate after every visit but so far SOOOOOO good! Nice people nice vibe great skill and moderate prices. I'm very happy and will be conning back here read more

Nail Spa Studio - Waxing Near Me - Pacoima, California

They're all good but they TAKE FOREVER. 30-45 minutes just to be seated for a pedicure. Ridiculous.

Have been coming to this location for years to do my pedi! All the staff is very friendly and do a great job but my girl is Lynn! If you are looking for your toes to look amazing this is your place.... read more

Service was good, a little pricey. What I didn't like was the 10 percent they add for credit card use. I may not return just because of that hard to leave a tip after your hit with that. read more

I have gone to a couple of places and although my nails might look good at the beginning they don't last long. When I have come here, my nails don't only look good, they last for a very long time as well. The only downside and the reason why I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because of the uncomfortable feeling of having people speak a different language while you're sitting there, but! Honestly I feel that would be the case anywhere I go lol. At the end of the day I will definitely continue to come here, I like how my nails are done and how long they last.. read more

Love this place! so sanitary so clean and the staff is always so sweet! the only think that would could do to make it better is a bigger selection of nail polishes, because it is so minimal :-(. The waiting time is awesome! read more

Went here for a spa pedicure the chairs are amazing here! The person who worked on my feet was very friendly but there was another nail tech who was a female, kept clearing her throat it was really disgusting! But she did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I will come back! read more

I use to love this place I will highly recommend jen she is marvelous. This week she is on vacation and I guess they are short staff and Lynn is handling calls and maybe the business, today's experience with her was not the best with her attitude, she was so rude and her phone ethicals were awful but according to her it's very complicated to explain she is short on staff and therefore no appointments were being made. I think people will come or not come. To top mine off my toe nail got messed up because she didn't allow it to dry just a bit immediately got me up and guess what I had to go back and wait and now there are a couple of ladies waiting with no appointments. Aside from all that her nail work is very good but please don't let her answer phones and don't put her through that situation of short staff and handle the business. I had already been warned of how she went from polite to rude I couldn't believe it but experienced it and def not a happy customer. read more

I have been getting my nails done here for years, I love the service and how long & healthy my nails have become since coming here regularly every 2 weeks. I would not come here ever again. I got a regular full set. The lady kept on filing down the side of my thumb and also got my skin which caused a burn and started to bleed. Second thing she was twisting my fingers and holding them really hard she seemed frustrated for no reason and was giving me attitude. She was in a rush even though they closed in 1 and a half hour and there was absolutely no one in line. My nails came out like crap there's acrylic pieces on the side of my nails that are hanging and she made my nails look like they already need a refill. She filed down the cubicles way too much it looks like my nails already grew out. I would not recommend coming here. Rude service and horrible experience. read more

I driven by this place a lot, so when I needed to get a mani and pedi I decided to stop here. Place was really full for a Thursday morning. One of the ladies who work there with short hair asked me what I needed done. She told me to have a seat and I asked if she knew how long the wait would be. I was looking for her to tell me between 15-30min. Instead she just said after all those people are done. LOL Maybe she was having a bad day but I walked right out. read more

Lynh has been doing my manicures and pedicures consistently and I would never want to go elsewhere to get them done! She cleans my nails so thoroughly that nowhere else compares. They truly care for their customers and always make sure that they are happy with the result. Not only are they great manicurists but they are great people as well! This place was great. The staff here is awesome. They have nice workers and good customer service

Terrible avoid this place they are scammers. Went in for a pedicure and a fill no broken nails no damage nails. I didn't have an appointment so I expected to wait I asked if they had time to take me she said yes wait a few minutes. If you minutes turned into one hour. Their menu prices are not the same as what they will charge you. A film was supposed to be $16 but she charge me $18 I asked why she told me because my nails were damaged although it was a regular ass Fill with no broken nails. I gave her my card to pay and she comes back and charged my card four extra dollars.....again I ask why the extra charges she tells me they charge 10% if you use your credit card or debit card. FOUR dollars for me to pay you??!!! Never again! read more

Took them to do mani and pedi 2hr and about 20 mind . I got regular pedi and gel acrylic, still a very unreasonable time to get all of that done. They take people before you that have not schedule appointment. My pedi look as if I have ripples. As they work on me they were helping other people out. I had to remind them like 3 times that I also was doing my hands. My first time there, they ask what I was getting and then advise me to pick a color I was looking around and never advise where to pick the color find out until I notice a frame all the way in the back with colors. Honestly, will not be going back. So annoyed with how long and unprofessional they are. On top of that I notice treatment towards other clients which were as well as unprofessional. One lady had her feet put in cold water because the person didn't test the water to see if it's warm. Plus another client was waiting for her appointment and was advise 15 min later that the guy she's waiting for had an emergency and running late he later showed up with a drink in his hand didn't even apologize to the lady. Just my whole experience with myself and see other while there is just horrible. Do not recommended this place. read more

Nail Spa Studio - My nail looks like if I had layers , wasn't smoothed out . I might as well did my own nail. So disappointed - Waxing Near Me - Pacoima, California

I just moved here from NYC and I have to say this was the BEST pedicure I've ever gotten in my entire life. The place is clean and sanitary and the staff was super friendly. The woman who did my toes was not only educated and taught me things about my own feet that I never knew but she was also really sweet. Polish color selection is limited but who cares. Bring your own if you can't find one that you like (which would be hard considering they have a good variety of shades) I work about a mile down the road and will be back weekly for sure. A++++ read more

I was looking for a new nail salon when I found nail spa studio on yelp, I called to make a appointment at 7 pm ... so I walk in at 6:45 and I tell them I have an appointment at 7 ...they asked me with who and I answered with anyone available ... I take a seat and wait and wait they sit 3 people in the pedicure area but not me about 20 min they asked what did I need I said I had a appointment for my pedicure at 7 she said okay but then sat another girl down for a pedicure so now all the pedicure chairs are full so I wait another 20 min till I finally leave ... if I would of stayed I would of been waiting for more than 1 hour just so they could of started on my pedicure... what's the point of making an appointment ??? Please next time just say we are busy don't make me waste my time ... I gave 2 stars because the place looks nice and clean ... also it seems like they do nice nails ... hopefully I'll give it another try next time and my experience will be better !!! .....anyways now I have to go on my vacation with ugly nails read more

This place was great! The staff was super nice and accommodating!! They close at 8pm and the place was packed! We will be coming back. read more

Ladies please read before you decide to visit this establishment. This was my first time there. The lady sitting at the first station was very rude and unprofessional. When I walked in she was pushy for me to select my color, I asked to see the color selections and she just rudely told me to have a seat. I later found out she was actually the owner. I went in for a manicure / pedicure with gel polish. I don't usually look at prices since most nail salons are in a similar price range. Being Pacoima I expected it to be reasonably priced. I paid $53 for a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure, plus a 10% fee for using my debit card. Ladies, it's almost 2017, I believe charging 10% to use a debit card is unacceptable. I didn't tip either after the horrible experience I had. The place I usually go to is in Woodland Hills near work and I usually pay $41 + $5 tip for the same services I got done there. On this day I was not able to make it there so I went to this place since it was close to home. My experience with the service was as follows. I had a female working on my toes and a male removing the gel polish from my fingernails. He didn't completely remove all the black gel polish from my fingernails. When the lady was done with my toes the man asked me to have a seat at one of the stations so he can apply the gel polish. It was a hot pink gel polish. When he was applying it you could still see the old black polish underneath. I asked him if the black spots would go away after he was done applying the hot pink gel polish and he said "its ok I'll do a free design to cover it up " They charged me to remove my gel polish, I would expect them to remove it completely. After he was done applying the gel polish it looked like my 10yr old son had done it. At this point I still didn't know what my total was. I showed the work they did to my teen daughter who had suggested the place as she had previously gotten her nails done there and she suggested I say something, so I did. The lady that did my toes came to charge me for the service, I told her I was unhappy with the results. She spoke to the lady in the front (the owner) . She came over to look at my nails and then called another lady by the name of "Jenny" to take off the gel polish and redo them. That was ok except I didn't really have another 30 minutes to spend redoing the horrible work they had done, but I didn't have much of a choice. I don't know how they are in business doing such shoddy yet pricey work. If I hadn't said anything they would've let me go with that terrible job they had done. The quality of the polish itself is very low as well. This occurred on Friday 10/28/16. It's now Tuesday 11/1/16 and my toenail polish is already chipping. My usual nail salon carries very nice nail polish such as Essie , OPI, and China Glaze. These polishes usually last me 2-3 weeks. To be fair the staff was friendly and apologetic. I obviously will not be returning and neither will my daughter. There are many better locations with more reasonable prices for higher quality work. read more

This place is the worst! I wish could give them a 0 Stars. The cut me and a few other people while i was there. Do Not Try!!!! They have NO STANDARDS for there customers! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I was so excited about this place because I just recently moved nearby and I saw that it was so close and had good reviews. I have no idea why!!! I went in to get a full set of gel tips and a pedicure. When the lady was filing my nails before putting the tips on she asked if I wanted my cuticles cut. I told her yes please and that's when she said that would be an additional manicure service... really?? I thought trimming cuticles was part of prepping the nail for tips... I told her that and she said okay "I will trim a little bit".... really???! Overall an unpleasant and disappointing experience. This is definitely one of those places where you know they're talking about you the whole time!! I got my nails done on Saturday and my first nail popped off on Thursday. My second came off on Friday and that's when I decided to rip them all off, which was WAYYYY too easy!!! Awful job! Bulky, thick and just overall gross. What made it worse is that everybody's attitude in here sucked. I had my cuticle cut in the process and when I was leaving I still left a tip on the table even though no one said bye or thank you... I'm so upset and honestly, believe me when I say don't bother with this place. read more
