So it's time to pay, I have a card I tell her how much to add on for the tip and she basically said it wasn't enough! For excellent service I usually tip at least 20% if not more, but because her service was just okay I did 15%. She said it wasn't enough and wouldn't run my card. I have never in all my years of going to nail shops experienced this. So be ready to be called out publicly if you do not tip to there liking.
