My daughter & i came for a walk in mani/pedi at 4:20 and were seated right away. They don't have a customer friendly restroom which sucks. The massage chairs were too complicated for me and the nail tech began getting visibly mad because I was not perfectly still. He grabbed my ankle firmly to position my foot. He left timers beeping and rushed through the entire process. The lady who did my manicure rushed and kept hitting my skin with the grinding tool. The paint just seems sloppy and not smooth. When I payed, they charged me $120 the first time. I tipped 20% and then the man still working on my daughter's nails told me i still owed him $45. I paid the $45. The menu seems pretty straight forward but I do not understand how they totaled up the price. Do yourself a favor and just don't get your nails done in Bardstown. I debated going to the new salon behind Kroger (again) but thought I'd give this a chance. I will drive an extra 30 min. from now on. read more

If you want toenail fungus, this is the place for you! I just had to have my big toenail on my left foot removed after I acquired a fungus from their apparently not properly sterilized equipment. It makes me sad because I had been going to this place for years with my mom before she passed, and I continued to go for years even after I noticed they declined in quality. The last time I was there one of the staff was rough with my feet. He cut skin on the toe that now has the fungus, and became irritated if I moved my foot. Having a toenail removed is painful, and now I'm having to deal with pain, Epsom salt soaks, and the unpleasant effects anti-fungal medication. And it's such a bummer to have to cover my feet in the summer. I will obviously never be coming back here. Not sure why such a nice place turned into what it is now. read more

Paid for Deluxe Pedicure for the extra massage. not worth it at all. basically rubbed lotion on legs for 7 minute. No pressure or massage at all. I hate to drive 45 minutes for a mani/pedi but I'm running out of local options. This place is probably fine for basic services but I do not recommend upgrading as it is a waste of time and money. read more

Very rude people even the owner unknown to them. I had my iPhone on voice recognition, for it told me what they were saying comments they were making about me were very, very rude. because they put on one of my nails crooked and had to redo it. read more

I will never go back there. I chose the basic pedicure and they ended up charging me $50 for a $30 pedicure. I told her I only wanted the basic and she argued that I chose the deluxe. I wasn't going to argue and make a scene.. I just wont be back.. Shady business. read more

I was visiting my daughter and new grandson. We decided to do a girls outing and get our nails done before I went home to Florida. I asked to have SNS done and about doing ombré and was quickly told you can't with SNS. He just didn't want to or didn't know how. While using the little Dremel tool he burned me several times. My nails were not done well at all!! He did not file them to the shape I asked for, there were lumps and bumps on several nails. The color is fading off a couple of them and it hasn't even been a week. The young lady that did my daughter's didn't speak English, so the young man doing mine translated. She didn't do a very good job either. Nails were shaped round when my daughter asked several times for them to be square. They also charge you to use your debit card. Which was not disclosed when we called. I am very disappointed!! I DO NOT recommend this place. This is an update to my review. Everything above stands as I stated. What I am adding is after 6 days I had to go to my nail tech and get them redone. In the process I found out that he DID NOT do SNS like I asked. I even asked him 3 times "is this SNS??" He repeatedly told me yes. Well....it was not!! It was powdered acrylic!! (There is a difference) Not only did he lie about it he charged me for SNS!! Acrylic is $10.00 cheaper!!!! Ladies save your time, money and some frustrations and don't go here. Find anywhere else!! read more

For options in Bardstown this wasn't a bad experience. They were able to take 3 walk-in pedicures with a 25 minute wait. There are some things that could have been better, the massage chairs could use a cleaning between customers. Just a quick wipe down of the controls would have got that 5th star. Overall our party was happy with the service that was provided. I'll book with them if I am in the area again. The deluxe pedicure made me feel like a new person. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I get cut almost every time I come here but I keep giving them another chance and after today I will not be doing that ever again. I had an appointment booked at 1 for my friend and I. We came in and waited for 40 minutes before they could get her in. I let her go first because she had a design so I knew hers would take longer. 2 o'clock came by and I had still not been helped but watched as they started multiple other peoples nails first. Even if they also had appointments mine was earlier and I had been sitting there for an hour, therefore I should've been attended to first. After over an hour I walked off and said I wasn't going to be getting my nails done. They mentioned how they were short staffed, which I totally understand, but putting other walk ins ahead of me when I had an appointment over an hour ago is not okay. Time to find a new salon. THIS PLACE IS SO BAD!!!! Omg where do I begin they will tell u one price then end up jacking it up, the guy that did my toes and nail didn't even take all the paint of my toes and nails and jus painted straight over it then when I asked the lady why my friends nails and toe were 75 becuz they told up 50 at the beginning she caused the worst seen and told some guy that worked there that I said I wasn't gonna pay when there entire place had never heard those words come out of my mouth so I corrected her and said I never said I jus wanted a brake down of whys costed that when we was told something different and she said cuz she needed a manicure so we added that to!!! This place is terrible and they are liars! I just moved from out of state and went to get my gel nails filled. They said they were using 'powder gel'. They used acrylic and thought I wouldn't notice! My nails hurt! And they don't paint well or know how to do deigns. I am so angry and disappointed! Wish there was something worse I could do then write a bad review. read more

I went in and told the lady that I wanted the mani pedi for 35 like it says on the sign and the acrylic toenails for 20 but ended up paying 55 for only a pedicure with 1 acrylic toenail. No manicure. They said I got the gel polish and its 15 extra, even when it states 10 on the sign. But still no manicure. I had to go to another place for my manicure because he said I can get a manicure for 25 more, and that's with regular polish not gel. Once again, the price for regular manicure is 15, not 25. This place was terrible. We called 2 days prior to make a reservation and still had to wait a extra hour. After getting my pedicure the man doing my nails kept pushing for me to do a overlay even though I kept telling him I wanted a full set. He did a overlay and said because my nails didn't need a full set even though that's what I wanted and it seemed like he just didn't want to do a full set he rushed through then and went home. I called the next morning and said I didn't like my nails at all and if I could come get them fixed to what I wanted, he told me to come back but when I got into the nail salon him and another employee started arguing with me saying they were going to charge me again and telling me I was lying about what I said I wanted they wouldn't fix my nails one employee approached me and was extremely rude telling me to get off of the phone so she could talk to me and told me she would do my nails but charge me full price because they don't fix messed up nails.
