Had high hopes having my haircut here by Jessica Smith as she came highly recommended but that…read morequickly changed. I told Jessica how wanted my hair cut and was very specific about what I did not want. She agreed and said she would never put a lot of layers in my hair but that's exactly what she did. I looked like Pat Benetar from the 80s. I politely told Jessica I was not happy with my hair. She asked me to come back another day to look at my hair, but she immediately became argumentative with me. I asked to speak to the owner, Brandi. Brandi apologized and agreed to re-cut my hair. I offered to pay her or at least leave a tip. She said it was not necessary. Brandi was very friendly, gave me several of her business cards and asked me to come back. So, when I needed another haircut, I called for an appointment with Brandi. However, Brandi refused to cut my hair and refused to come to the phone to discuss why. So why did she hand me her business cards and ask me to come back? Brandi is so fake, and she's not a good business owner when she hides behind her employees and won't face customers directly. Shame on you Brandi!

Eyebrow waxing: I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Noel and she does such a great job! I'm suuuuuuper picky about my eyebrows, and Noel makes them look perfect each and every time. Not only is she a skilled brow artist, she's a joy to chat with and always brings positivity into the room. I can't recommend her enough. Nails: I love Robin! What else can I say? After years of uncomfortable and disappointing experiences at chain nail salons, I finally understand why women like getting their nails done. She is rigid about sanitation, uses professional tools, and is a perfectionist with her craft. She really takes time and listens to get what I want from a mani/pedi. Robin even takes time to find the perfect color for our appointments. I never want to go to anyone else. Trust me, book with her.

I am now left with cutting my hair off and starting all over again. Before you book an appointment make sure you ask what products they use for color, how long has the stylist had their license, are they more than a Saturday only employee and have they ever been out of the city limits to attend hair shows or keep up on the latest techniques. This yet another morning I am brought to tears due to the harshness of the chemicals that had been put on my hair which has caused major damage. The ONLY reason why it is deserving of a one star is the color itself. But what good is that, if I have to keep my hair in a bun. Don't be fooled because it is next to the country club, be sure to do thorough homework. Pay attention to what they are doing, ask questions along the way.
