Friendly team and excellent service. Harriet is fast and my gel nails always look fab and last longer than any others I've had in the past. You also get offered a complimentary glass of bubbles which goes down a tear while getting your nails pampered. Gel nails cost £22 with removal of previous set included. I recently had my gels off which is £5 or free with any service, so I opted for a file and polish which cost £8 and lasted literally 10 days before it started to chip. Amazing! You can book online and I would highly recommend Harriet's service for nails. I can't comment on other beauticians as haven't experienced their services.

Visited June 2011…read more It wasn't very clean (dirty sinks, radiators, shelves, used face cloths from previous customers laying around) and the treatment room was cramped with 2 beds in, giving the therapist little room to manoeuvre. I had a Groupon for a facial, Indian Head Massage and full body massage. I arrived at 4pm and was back in the car by 4.50pm, including the time it took to get dressed/ undressed. The therapist who did my facial didn't remove my eye make-up (I don't think she was being careful of it as it ended up smudged all over my cheeks); the IHM involved lots of oil and a tiny bit of rubbing on the top of my head; and the full body massage didn't include my feet, arms, hands, backs of my legs or chest but did include her pressing down painfully hard on my spine. Loud music was piped into the room throughout (Take That, Robbie Williams, Corinne Bailey Rae) which wasn't very relaxing. All in all I was very disappointed and wouldn't go back. I do wonder if this was due to me having a discount coupon.
