They have nice music playing and really take thier time to do a good job on the treatments. They also do quite a lot of offers throughout the year and let you know by text message if you leave your number. Very poor and unprofessional, would not recommend this salon…read more I visited lush nails and beauty to have gel put on my toes, however, when I got home I realised that my cuticles hadn't been pushed back or cut, and the gel hadn't been painted all the way to the bottom. I politely called back and explained how I felt as I didn't want them to grow out too fast. The women on the phone was extremely patronising and continuously said 'we pride ourselves on our work' and would not correct the mistake unless I paid - baring in mind she hadn't actually seen my toes herself. I found her quite defensive and thought it was very childish for a business that 'prides themselves on their work'. Overall, the staff were very uninviting and I definitely will not be returning.

Both were excellent, I was very happy with the cut and style each time. The salon is lovely with a separate room for hair washing to save your modesty when you are hanging upside down with soaking wet hair. They make the best coffees and offer refills whenever you need them. Friendly but not too talkative and recommended products but didn't give me the hard sell. If you can get to Bramhall then this is a good hairdressers to try.
