Both were excellent, I was very happy with the cut and style each time. The salon is lovely with a separate room for hair washing to save your modesty when you are hanging upside down with soaking wet hair. They make the best coffees and offer refills whenever you need them. Friendly but not too talkative and recommended products but didn't give me the hard sell. If you can get to Bramhall then this is a good hairdressers to try.

I will be trying Beauty FX from now on I have just been…read morerefused my 6th treatment in an upfront package I bought earlier this year at HESTIA I paid for 6 Crystal clear treatments up front on a buy 3 get 6 offer back in January The lady who sold me the offer made a mistake which was pointed out to me after my first treatment but I was told this wasnt my fault as it wasnt and isnt and the 6 treatments would be given I have been a loyal customer of Hestia for many years and am flabbergasted to have been told yesterday via a message from the owner that they wont be giving me my 6th crystal treatment in the package I have called back twice to hopefully gain an apology and that some kind of mistake has been made but have still had no reply from the owner or acknowledgement there has been a mistake and the staff are telling me apparently what they have been told to say by the owner that they arent giving me my 6th treatment in the package i bought! Very very poor customer service to any customer never mind a regular customer of the salon for years .. especially at a time of extreme competition so I will be looking elsewhere now for my treatments and wanted to let other customers and potential customers know of my experience which has saddened me

It's paid off though as I've won many a prize over the last few years, most recently being a cut and blow dry from the lovely people at Salon 57. It could be argued that as it was a freebie it wouldn't be a balanced review but I honestly found both the manager (Debbie) and the guy who cut my hair (I think it was Jack) to be welcoming and friendly, with a genuine desire to provide a great service and a bit of pamper time- so much so Debbie kept my little one amused when she started to get cranky. I got a lovely head massage during my hair wash (is there anything nicer?) and after a consultation with Jack about what I wanted doing I left with a haircut I'm really happy with, beautifully styled. I've been in search of a good hairdresser since my beloved long-time hair saviour moved away and I will happily return paying full dollar next time I need a cut and blow dry.
