I will be trying Beauty FX from now on I have just been refused my 6th treatment in an upfront package I bought earlier this year at HESTIA I paid for 6 Crystal clear treatments up front on a buy 3 get 6 offer back in January The lady who sold me the offer made a mistake which was pointed out to me after my first treatment but I was told this wasnt my fault as it wasnt and isnt and the 6 treatments would be given I have been a loyal customer of Hestia for many years and am flabbergasted to have been told yesterday via a message from the owner that they wont be giving me my 6th crystal treatment in the package I have called back twice to hopefully gain an apology and that some kind of mistake has been made but have still had no reply from the owner or acknowledgement there has been a mistake and the staff are telling me apparently what they have been told to say by the owner that they arent giving me my 6th treatment in the package i bought! Very very poor customer service to any customer never mind a regular customer of the salon for years .. especially at a time of extreme competition so I will be looking elsewhere now for my treatments and wanted to let other customers and potential customers know of my experience which has saddened me read more
