The nail tech was very pleasant and kept asking me if I liked my nails/wanted anything fixed. She held up a good conversation and made the experience very welcoming. Nails came out beautiful! The owner was present too and was also super sweet. She even had her cute frenchie dog in the salon which was very enjoyable as I was waiting for my nail tech. Place is decorated lovely. You can get a blowout while getting your nails done. Very neat concept. Will certainly come back again to get my nails done!

I asked for a strong massage (she didn't do it and had an attitude that she could care less - the chip on her shoulder was the size of Texas). The place does not provide hot stones for a regular pedicure while other nail salons do. I called the owner (Irene) to let he know that my gel manicure started to peel off a little over a week after I had gotten it done. Additionally, my cuticles were raw on some nails from Lia over filing. I was out of town on business and was not returning until the following week and asked about having it redone. She gave me a stern "NO" since it would be after the 2 week time since my last manicure. After explaining over and over again that I was not around therefore I was unable to come sooner to get it fixed., I was met with the "I don't care attitude." Moreso, it should not have happened to begin with. She out and out refused to do anything, which is horrible business practice. This seems to be a money grab for her as she has no customers the couple of times I have been there. The place is nothing special when you walk in as it looks and feels like many other nail salons. Additionally, my son went for a pedicure and the employee spent all of 10 minutes. I looked at the clock. When I told Irene this, she told me "no." A pedicure for a child takes longer than 10 minutes. Totally disgusted! What a waste of time and money!! Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to choose from. I was able to find a nail salon close to where I was staying on my business trip and they did a phenomenal job! You can't compare. This place is a ripoff, the help is terrible regarding attitude as well as service (including the owner). As a business owner, she has alot to learn. Upon returning home, I have an appointment set up with a place that has clients who expect only the best. Happy to drive to receive the service that equates to the price. It's all about knowing your worth.

I go to Judy for my nails because I get fill ins but before I got them, I used to get my manicures done by Silvia or Carmen-- they both do fantastic jobs on my nails and are very friendly!! Judy does a terrific job shaping my nails to the way I want them and is great at picking colors. On days when I don't know what color or design to pick she has the best suggestions. I highly recommend Lucy or Mindy for pedicures and spa pedicures because they are very gentle and do an excellent job at trimming and shaping the nails. They pay attention to details and take extra care whenever I ask for something specific like my cutting my ingrown nails, which is also very much appreciated! I get massages from Joon time to time and they are amazing. He is so nice to everyone and is very skilled-- 10/10 would recommend! I love this place because they make me feel welcomed and valued.
