I have a BIG problem with the owner. He sits in the middle of the store. My 13 yr-old daughter started going to get her nails done with her grandma, just for fun. Recently, my wife dropped her off for a quick visit. The owner did her nails. During conversation, he asked about her boyfriend. He asked if the boyfriend was cute. He then said, "I'm cute." He then asked if they kissed. He leaned in and quietly asked, "Do you have sex?". She became so uncomfortable that she laughed him off and called her mom immediately. Before she left, he offered to give her a ride home. He also offered to give her free services if she was ever out of $$$. We contacted the Hazelwood PD. I had an awesome experience here! The owner Wayn took his time and made my nails look exactly like the picture I showed him. My biggest pet peeve is showing a picture then being asked to pick a color. Wayn made my life super easy and had colors picked and just confirmed they were what I wanted. He is super sweet, don't take his compliments the wrong way. He has a little bit of an attitude, but we all have the bad ass bitch side inside of us. That's how he is able to make bad ass nails. Would give less than 1 star if I could. The owner is rude and obnoxious, he's always yelling and treating customers horribly. They don't take appointments so you end up sitting waiting for hours, just what everyone wants for what's supposed to be a relaxing treat. But, they will also take in customers that came in after you. I had to get something from my car and I was yelled at as if I was walking out... there's no appointments and others waiting, so what if I decide to leave? It's my money and I shouldn't feel threatened to HAVE to stay. I started going here before I went to other places, and realized how HARD and ROUGH they are on my poor nails. They'd be pulsating for a couple days after getting them done. After switching, I realize that that wasn't normal. Also- their prices are absolutely ridiculous. I got an ombré french nail- short length- with 2 nails small crystal designs. Nothing else added- came to be $96 total. My new place I go to I've gotten long acrylics, gel or dip, different designs with crystals and colors, WITH a pedicure and wasn't even that much! +No skin tears or hurting nail beds! I encourage you to shop around, there's plenty of other businesses that will value you much more as a customer compared here. read more

I went there for my first time 3 weeks ago and I spent $60 on my nails (Pink set) I was pleased with how they looked but I wasn't pleased with the nail tech that did my nails . She kept cutting my skin as she tried to file my nails but I ignored that and went back. All I need was a color change- and this is the result , my nails still have pink peeking through , she still was to aggressive while doing my nail and I had to pay $60 again which didn't make since. This was my first time here. I only went for a pedicure, no color. I told her that I'm diabetic. Usually places take extra precautions, she just said "no nicks" and didn't seem to understand beyond . I was there for over 90 minutes, which is `a lot more than the place I usually go (closed for remodeling). then she DID nick me, she apologized and did put antiseptic on it. It would be nice to be able to find a nail place where they spoke English better. I only say that because communicating is difficult. Otherwise I wouldn't care. I've been coming here for a few months I came in on one of my unexpected off days and as usual a rush job, but today I had time to ask him to stop and take their time. I gave him Pacific Style on how I want my nails as well as a Pacific length. tech was in the middle of doing my nails, you know the powder step. I asked him to add on extra length the tips, because they were not what I asked for they were just a little too short by 1 inche or two. Instead of give me what I asked for he gets up goes to the back of the building speaks to Kim and her in their language Kim gets up and tells me yelling at me that I need to leave and go elsewhere I have been denied service. Kim tells me this after the male tech acts for my hand back as if he was going to fix his era. However instead of fixing or correcting his era or just adding a little extra to my tip of my nail so that I can be a happy client he asks for my hand back and he clips down all my nails and that is at the point when Kim comes and tells me to get out then go somewhere else. This place does not value their customer nor their customers dollar. Finally tried this place out today. Everyone was very friendly. Loved the pedicure and manicure. The reason I put it as a 4 is because it took too long. I had no wait but it took around 40 minutes to do both sets. Also, the polish does not go all the way up to the start of the nail where the cuticles are- as seen by many photos. They only accept cash/debit I believe. I prefer to put everything on a credit card. After finally going to this place, I'd go back for my next appointment. read more

This people in this establishment are not professional at all. The guy who did my pedicure was rude. He made a statement that I will get all my $28 worth as if my money was nothing. Then I pointed out that he messed up polishing my toes, and he said after he was done he goes see it looks right then said you got me fucked up. Excuse me sir who the hell do you think you're talking to?!? I don't care if I was spending eight cents $8.28 dollars is my money and I better get all of his worth! Then the guy who does my nails I tell him I don't want to cut down and I want them the same shape. He makes him a different shape then when I pointed out to him, he gets mad and gets up and sent someone else to the chair they were just all out rude and no one should go to them Not to mention how unsanitary they were using the same things they used probably on everyone and they didn't have pedicure bath covers. Tried to call and make an apt but they don't let you (which is fine) but we waited for 40 minuets for a pedicure and ended up walking out with wet feet because there was no end in site on the wait. On top of that they really weren't that busy. Lastly, this place was not clean at all. Rude, arrogant & uncaring! Went for a basic mani/pedi. I think maybe they were upset 'cause they couldn't tack on extra $ for gel, designs, extensions, etc. Polish didn't last 1/2 day. I called and the guy who answered the phone demanded I come right away for him to see my nails. I explained I'm a nurse and work long shifts and that was impossible and asked if I could come the next day & got a flat "no". My experience was awesome! I got their 30mins before close and received and amazing mani peddi. I was not rushed at all. They did my hands and feet at the same time. It made me feel like a VIP! This shop use to be really good however the owner Wayne doesn't really respect anyone, so he's constantly losing employees which results in the HUGE wait time. If you check the shops FB page and reviews it's unanimous that the customer service here is pitiful. My record wait time is 3.5 hours before I left still unserviced and that's been a consistent thing for months. Today I say good bye to them as a customer bc it's really unacceptable that we have to wait that long. They try to null you over by getting you to purchase a pedicure but once I figured out that strategy I stopped. Once you're in the pedicure chair, it still takes about 45 minutes for someone to start your service. If you have several hours to spare try it out but I warn you be ready to wait for NO LESS THAN 2 HOURS ON A SLOW DAY. read more

The pedicure chairs are very old and dilapidated!!! Plus they look very dirty on the inside of the bowl where you are to put your feet. As I sat there (for an hour) to get my polish changed A little girl went in the back room to get her dog (yes a dog) and she said it was big bugs in the back room on the floor. How gross is that??? The Man that does the nails was in such a rush to get to the next person he kept hurting my nails sanding them fast with the machine that files the nails, I told him to slow down and that he was hurting me and he got upset and refuse to finished. They know I don't go there for my typical m & p, its specifically out of convenience b/c their extensions are inexpensive. Manager says okay, has them do my nails THEN tells me 'uh we don't do eyelash extensions no more.' Tricky place: dirty, no ambiance, unfriendly employees. Save your money and head somewhere MUCH better (compared to here, that won't be hard to find- Ladue Nails and Spa, Serenite, etc.).
