All of their nail techs are very talented, kind, and thorough. I've had the pleasure of working with Amy and Titi. Amy is a dip powder pro. In addition to knowing how to apply dip powder so well, she's my favorite when it comes to nail prep and cleaning. I always appreciate the time she takes to properly clean and prep my nails before the dipping part begins. Titi is an artist. She's become my newer favorite tech when I want to get creative and add fun nail designs to my manicures. She specializes in recreating the most beautiful designs--Pinterest is no match for her. I truly appreciate the time and dedication Titi puts into her nail art, always making sure I'm happy with the final result. I also love the pedicures here, primarily due to how extremely relaxing they are. There are plenty of options and enhancements to turn your pedicure into a complete spa experience for your feet, but I really appreciate never feeling pushed to choose a specific upgrade--just whatever feels right that day. Whether it's gel or dip powder, my manicures typically last ~4 weeks, and my pedicures almost always last 5-6 weeks before looking like they need a touch-up. Excellent value. Because this is such a wonderful nail spa, they're usually pretty booked, so making an appointment is recommended. It's an excellent place for a girls' day or a well-deserved solo treat.

She ended up trimming my nails. At one point I even said please stop and she said she was just cutting the skin on the sides, but every once in a while she would clip the side of the nail. She basically rounded out my toenails and kept digging deeper. This is like the perfect cut to create an ingrown toenail and lucky me it's on all of my toes. I'm hoping this isn't the norm, but I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with my experience.

When I called to make my appointment, I was VERY specific about what I wanted: long, sharply pointed stiletto nails. I know this is a more difficult shape to do well, which is exactly why I asked BEFORE booking whether they had someone who could do them. I was told, "Yep, no problem." Based on that, I booked my appointment for 3:00. I actually arrived early hoping they might be able to get me in sooner. They couldn't, which was completely fine--I waited for my scheduled appointment. I also showed the technician a picture of exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, what I received looked absolutely nothing like the photo or the long, pointed stiletto shape I had specifically asked about when booking. There was essentially no shape to them. They looked like Chiclets sitting on my nails, not long, sharp stilettos. The application was also extremely rough. While filing, the technician caught my nail several times and hurt me badly enough that I physically pulled my hand away three separate times. One of my natural nails is now peeled back and damaged from how aggressively it was filed and caught. At that point I should have gotten up and walked out, but because this is a new salon, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and let her finish. As soon as I left, I tried calling the salon because I was so unhappy and wanted to discuss getting my money back. Nobody answered, so I left a voicemail. After being hurt multiple times during the service, I absolutely did not feel comfortable going back and having the same technician touch my hands again. Instead, I literally drove straight from this salon to another nail salon and had the entire brand-new set soaked off immediately. They were that bad. What is especially frustrating is that I specifically asked BEFORE making the appointment whether they could do this particular shape because I know not every nail technician can. If they had simply told me they weren't comfortable doing long, pointed stilettos, I would have completely understood and booked somewhere else. The entire experience gave me the impression that the priority was volume over quality. I paid for a set I couldn't even leave on my hands, immediately had to pay another salon to remove it, and was left with damage to my natural nail in the process. I tried to handle this directly with the business before posting a review, but I couldn't get anyone on the phone and left a voicemail. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the work, the painful service, and the fact that I specifically confirmed beforehand that they could provide what I was requesting, I cannot recommend this salon and I will not be returning.

She hadn't noticed that the coverage wasn't even at the top. In the past, someone had helped get my flip flops on, but that wasn't the case today. I realized other clients had been offered waters and I hadn't been - but it wasn't a big deal. She was really friendly and did fix the polish - she said something was wrong with the top coat yet used it again. When I got home, I saw that the sides of one of my big toes had a big clump of polish so it looked like a ledge. It's a bright, open salon with a fun vibe. I'm not sure whether I'll return.

Went in before a trip a few days ago and the lady working on my nails couldn't have cared less. Rough with my hand positioning, completely missing the side edge on every nail AND got mad because the lamp wasn't curing the polish. She had to re do some nails and as I'm leaving says "It SHOULD be dry, but come back if not.". Why wouldn't you just do it right to begin with??
