There was no attention to detail at this salon.. my cuticles were not touched, they didn't smooth or shape my nails whatsoever leaving them rough to the touch.. there was nail polish all over the edges of my nail beds..the clear top coat didn't even fully cover all of my nails..and worst of all.. the polish COMPLETELY flaked away after 4 hours of being home!!! I was livid..and extremely disappointed at the lack of quality. I literally do a better job with one broken arm. Don't waste your time at Kim's nails and don't waste your money!!!

Since then, my toe has been infected. I cannot wear shoes. I have gone through a tube of antibiotic cream and a 2-week supply of antibiotic pills from my doctor. I have an appointment to see a podiatrist and I may lose the nail. I just think a nail technician should mention that they're not qualified to do anything but cut and paint nails. When it comes to any type of ingrown toenail or problems, they should tell the customer instead of doing whatever for the 40 bucks.

I took my mom for pedicures because I'd had a good experience here before but it was a disaster…read morethis time. First of all they called to change appointment time which was not a big deal we went in early. Then we got seated and my mom asked a question about shellac and the women just kept smiling at her not answering. Thinking it might've been a language barrier I asked the gentleman doing my nails and then the lady started to argue with my mom about shellac. (my mom had a reaction to shellac on her fingers and was asking about doing just a gel top coat on her toes). After that the two employees were speaking to each other only and staring at me and it made me uncomfortable. The lady finished my mom's pedicure abruptly (no massage, the jets weren't on in the soaker foot tub, rushed treatment) and moved her to the drying table. My pedicure lasted another 15-20 minutes with hot stones and massage. They very things I knew my mom would love and why I took her here. It was very strange. There was no music playing which is a small detail but when you've had awkwardness already the silence made it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't be back.
