Great first experience!…read more Alison at the front desk was very friendly and informative. My massage therapist was Kimmy, she is a smaller set woman but, don't let that fool you...She is so strong! (and she told me that the pressure she gave with my massage was medium-hard). She concentrated on my lower back as I had mentioned to her that I had lower back pain in the past and it had only eased up a little when I got a new pillow. She also worked on my other muscles just as hard, which was great! I love that this clinic offers a discount to members who sign up for their prepay plan option. I did not feel pressured into signing up for this plan at all. Alison gave me all the details of the plan and assured me that there is no term, no contract and no fees for cancellation. She gave me a brochure with all the details and pricing to take home so i could take my time to make a decision on whether i want to sign up or not. That put me at ease as it didn't make me feel like I was being roped into something that'll end up costing me an arm and a leg in the long run. I will definitely look into taking advantage of this option!

Going back for more in the near future. My massage however was another story... After I was shown my room, I undressed and laid face-down on the table. I did not understand I had to go under the sheets. When my therapist walked in, his reaction made me feel ashamed to show my body. After that, I felt very self-conscience. My mind kept reeling with how awful I must look half-naked to someone else. The massage therefore was not relaxing and there was no rapport established. It was my first visit. Next time, I will try a woman.

She had stopped servicing me a total of 8 times-just holding my foot in her hands with her full attention absorbed by what her coworker was saying. This delayed the service, I was in there for 1 hr 45 mins for basic colour( I had nothing on my toes prior). She did not care that I noticed and I was hoping to have a full set done in addition to my pedicure but with all of that time wasted, there was none left to have it done. At checkout, despite me saying no there's no time for my hands, they kept insisting that there was. I told them 4 times between the two of them that I needed to leave immediately. Going back and forth with them just to get cashed out ultimately made me late to my next appointment. The pedicure cracked just two days after having it done. I saved myself the headache and didn't bother going back to fix it.
