I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable…read more Within moments of sitting down, the technician injured me with the nail drill. I politely asked her to be more careful, but on the very next nail she cut my skin so deeply that I started bleeding. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, she chuckled, which made an already painful experience feel incredibly dismissive and disrespectful. Accidents can happen, but how they're handled matters. I would have appreciated genuine concern, an apology, and greater care. Unfortunately, I left feeling hurt, uncomfortable, and with very little confidence in the salon's attention to customer safety. I won't be returning.

Also, they gave me a punch card with a $25 voucher after so many appointments. The staff was extremely nice. I had an appointment at 6:15 and I arrived a little early. Within a couple of minutes one of the staff members was kindly apologizing for the wait and chatting with me. The best part is that there really wasn't a wait at all. I was out of the salon by 7:30! This photo is the day after I got my nails done, but it's been a little over a week and they are still holding up great. I highly recommend this place!

I love how they are shaped and finished. But a month or so ago my son called me in pain. He had an in-ground toe nail, and I was telling the owner of the salon about it. She said, have your son some see me. Don't go to the podiatrist yet. She worked on his toes and said, oh Carla, they are bad. I said do what you can and let's see if they can grow out better before he had to take his toe nails out permanently. Now fast forward to today. 2nd pedicure before spring break trip, and my son said his toes are not hurting. In fact, he is good!! Really good and so happy mom pushed him to get a pedicure. He drives up from college, Auburn, just to see Mia!! Thank you.

Being a woman over 50 your nails get thinner and this salon goes to the effort of removing the gel the proper way so that your nail is NOT thin after removing the previous gel. My nails do not chip or snag on anything until I'm ready to go back which is 5 weeks and the only reason to go back is the grow out is ridiculous. I HIGHLY recommend Infinity Nails!
