But the second I sat down in my chair and said I want a "Julia Roberts styles-perm," Greg knew exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, Riri was working with another client and sent me to have my hair done by someone else. Unfortunately, I ended up paying a pretty high price, and my hair looked NOTHING like the inspiration photo I showed. When I reached out to Riri afterward to explain my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, she told me that I shouldn't have allowed another hairstylist to do my hair and that I should have waited for her. This was extremely confusing, especially since I was sent to the other stylist by her. Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional and disorganized. In my opinion, the salon is also extremely overhyped. The pricing seems inconsistent, with different people being charged different amounts, and I personally don't feel the service was worth what I paid. To make matters worse, my curls didn't even last the 35-minute drive home. I would save your time and money and go somewhere else.
