So I hung up with each while waiting on a call back. In the interim, I called Ana's and was able to get every bit of information I needed IMMEDIATELY. I didn't order right away and by the time I decided to pull the trigger it was after hours...close to 8 PM if I recall. Not only was my call answered around 8 PM but a dumpsters was scheduled for delivery the very next day!!!! If you call and get voicemail because they're busy, they text you (if you've already made initial contact - can't vouch for other scenarios) to let you know why they didn't answer while asking that you text back regarding your needs. The service was VERY IMPRESSIVE and appreciated. Did I mention value???? Based on my research, they're the best bang for your buck.
