Not only was my call answered around 8 PM but a dumpsters was scheduled for delivery the very next day!!!! If you call and get voicemail because they're busy, they text you (if you've already made initial contact - can't vouch for other scenarios) to let you know why they didn't answer while asking that you text back regarding your needs. The service was VERY IMPRESSIVE and appreciated. Did I mention value???? Based on my research, they're the best bang for your buck.
