They even acknowledged one window had a scratch and they would reorder and replace which was resolved in a couple weeks. So I really appreciate that they owned up to a minor issue and had it resolved. I'm now having them look at doing a new front door for me because I was so pleased with their service and value. Other companies offered suggestions ranging from additional insulation to an entire roof with venting. Kevin came in and within 30 minutes had diagnosed the problem with a fix that I could do myself in a couple of hours and for less than $100. This came just a week after a different company quoted me $19,000 to resolve the issue. Even better, he didn't charge me for his time! The window install was done on one day and then the siding crew came later and spent about a day and a half. When they finished, they cleaned up the yard. Being handicapped now I haven't been out in the yard to verify this, but Jim has put new roofs on our house and garage plus gutters and I'll admit that this old guy used to walk around the yard in my bare feet and never found a spare nail. We had some issues that were resolved between Jim and ourselves. Energy Masters will always be my recommendation for outdoor home improvement projects in our area. Now I'm waiting for a change in weather to see if we have any energy improvements. I hope so.

Bought a new front door and storm door from WW. Got a great price that was over $1000 cheaper than…read morethe same door from any of the other 5 companies I checked out. Justin and the office staff were very responsive leading up to the purchase. After waiting for delivery timeframe as things were very slow, the install went very fast, and there were a couple of issues such as I wish they'd given me the option of staining the molding before they put it up, would have been much easier. Also, the storm door was not fully closing at the bottom, and a piece of the weather stripping didn't go all the way up to the top which left a draft. The biggest issue however was a small scratch in the glass of the door, which probably wouldn't have been too big of a deal but it happened to be right at eye level in the middle. I called the office and the installer came back out quickly and fixed the storm door and determined the scratched glass was factory defect, as was the weather stripping. WW ordered replacement glass right away at no cost and the person who came and fixed it was very professional installed and he did a great job, also replaced the weather stripping and there's no more draft. Sure there were issues, but staff was responsive and fixed them as quickly as they could and made me happy. Price was outstanding as well, which is why they'll get 5-stars and will be first company I quote when it's time for new windows...
