Very personable and knowledgeable about product....but…read more..... if you need gutter covers or awnings...use another dealer. This dealer is unresponsive, even to calls from Sunsetter, in contacting us. They do not return phone calls and no one has ever answered their phone, it's always voice mail. (note: both products are fine. The gutter guards work well and the awning seems to be well build. Can not say how well it works because it has yet to have install completed....and now we are in 20 degree weather.) The problem is the dealer. After sale and payment we have been ignored. So far we have called 10+ times and received no return phone calls in an attempt to get scheduled for the gutter guard install. While we were attempting to get that scheduled the awning arrived and, as instructed, we called to advise them of this and set up an install date for the awning. (voicemail) Waited all day on appointed install date for the gutter guards (pre-scheduled) ...called 2 hours after appointed time and were told we 'should have' been contacted that they were running days behind. No apology. Only that the installer will call us. Installer finally came out and installed the gutter guards but there was a bracket missing from the awning so that could not be done. Finally talked with owner after leaving message with legal threat. Got song about out of town, personnel quitting, etc. Promised he would refund the install fee (hasn't happened) and see to it that it got installed right away. Ok, fine, things happen, but how does that prevent them from picking up the phone and calling? Making a long story short(er)...It is now November 12.... Awning was ordered Sept 6, Arrived Sept 27,and is still not installed. Sunsetter, the manufacturer, is involved, trying to get gutterglove to call me, and I still have not heard peep one. They also have an office in Northbrook, IL.... avoid them both.

The guys are back today doing the upper level of my homes because our trees have grown over the height of the house. The crew is professional and highly respective of our home. He instantly knew what was done wrong, what would be needed to fix it and how long it would take, which was significantly less time than the original work we had done by someone far less experienced. Christopher and his team are clearly experts with older homes like ours and they do a phenomenal job, very detail oriented and focused on perfection. Their services are well worth it if you want the job done right! Our dining room was originally natural wood with a deep red color, which we wanted painted white to brighten up the space. The person who we hired to paint it white previously did not use the proper materials, which ended in many layers of unnecessary paint and he didn't fill in all the gaps and holes that show up when painting natural wood white, so it looked very poorly done. The original painter also didn't know what to do with the radiator that was also dark red, so it turned out completely blotchy. Christopher's team came in and had the botched paint job sanded down, the holes/cracks filled and the space prepared for spraying in just a half day. It was remarkable how much better it looked after just a few hours. When they were done after two days, it was impeccable. They came back a week later to get all the hardware reinstalled and put it all back in working order. Some additional adjustments had to be made for the built in, which they made sure were done well for proper use. They also were able to squeeze us in as quickly as possible during rain days that they couldn't do their outside jobs, which we were very grateful for given the lost time of the original job. Cannot recommend Painting by Christopher enough!
