It was quick to get my coffee (and refills), food came out fast although when I walked in, all of a sudden I didn't feel to be in a hurry. The gals were keeping busy but were also pleasant. Yep. For both our breakfasts which Mark got biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs and I got Denver omelette, hash browns, toast and single side of French toast with coffee and hot tea. All this was $26.00. The true measure of a great Mexican restaurant is the beans and rice. I could have stopped there and been completely satisfied. Both were delicious. A taco and enchilada completed my meal. I scanned the menu which it was extremely difficult for me to decide what to get considering it all looks amazing! I went with the supreme carne asada (steak) burrito. It was 11$ but literally one of the biggest burritos I've ever had! Not only was it a generous portion for one person, it was also perfectly created to have the most satisfying, satiating and tasty ingredients included inside! It had this exceptional chipotle sauce inside which completely enhanced the flavor of the burrito! If you like burritos with a good ratio of meat to other ingredients, I would suggest asking for light rice so that the rice doesn't overcompensate for what my friends said was a lack of protein. My burrito had plenty of steak, however my two friends were commenting that they'd prefer less rice and more meat!! Nonetheless, communicating was manageable and friendly with the employees working the food truck. The service was friendly and polite, I was completely satisfied with this experience and still think about the amazing taste of the burrito every now and again thank you taqueria la michoacanita!!! Muchas gracias

I especially loved the crust- was surprisingly crunchy (just how I like it!) and chewy in the inside. Side note, the owner Dan is the nicest person that you will ever meet.
