It was big, fresh, packed with flavor, and seriously delicious. He refused to stop eating long enough for me to take a picture to show you, so this is the best I've got. Honestly, I can't blame him. My youngest had the ham and cheese sandwich, and the ham was toasted to absolute perfection. It had that thick, hearty, almost bacon-like texture that made the sandwich so much better than your average fast-food ham and cheese. And my corn dog with tater tots? County-fair-good. But they have a few extras like chicken cordon bleu and a steak sandwich. Order at the counter, they bring it to you. We had the cheese burgers, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers. The burgers were large. And came with lettuce, onion, and tomato. Although I specifically requested no mayonnaise, it was on my burger anyway. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my hubby ordered a double cheeseburger with grilled onions. I enjoyed my cheeseburger as it was a traditional flat-top freshly made burger. The burger had a nice crunchy edge, the bacon, lettuce and onions, and their sauce combined was a good collection of flavors. Just needed a sprinkle of salt and a dab of ketchup to perk up the flavors. In a good way, it reminded me of a homemade backyard grilled burger. My hubby said his double cheeseburger was good too. The tater tots were hot, happily meaning they were just fried and not just sitting around. Pleased that they were freshly cooked. Service was friendly and thankful. We waited a few extra minutes as there was a large order before us. The place is light-filled and clean. They also have a drive through window. It's your standard small town burger place. There are a lot of options so I'm sure you can find something as long as your like burger or hotdogs. I didn't find anything amazing nor did I find anything horrible. There is a small drive through window but it's probably just as efficient if you park your car and order inside. There are several simple seating options inside the place but nothing fancy. I order the spicy burger and it's somewhat spicy. The meat is not huge but good enough. The meat is not super juicy but considering the location it's alright. The curly fries are slightly too hard even though they are freshly fried. As I said, it's middle of the mill and good choice if you are hungry and need somewhere simple to eat. I wouldn't come here just for the food but it's a good choice if you happen to be in this town. Service is efficient and good enough. As I said it's so run of the mill that I actually have a hard time come up with anything good or bad. This food place is truly awful. First off, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes when there was no one else in the restaurant. They only had one person taking orders, while there were two extra workers claiming to be "busy". When I finally ordered my food, more people got in line behind me. Not only did they get their orders taken immediately, but they also got their food before me. After 30 minutes of waiting, I never got my food. I only had an hour long lunch and I had to leave. I explained this to them and they didn't care. I ended up leaving without my food. I will not be coming back here and I don't recommend eating here. read more

Nobody in the back handling food wore gloves. I saw a female cook repeatedly wiping her hands on her shorts after handling RAW burger patties, then finish making an order without washing her hands. A guy with curly hair comes back from break and went straight to packing orders, again no handwashing. The only person I saw wash their hands in between tasks was the guy wearing a red shirt and tattoos on his neck. Everyone was polite, the facility was clean, and the ice cream cones are good.
