He's the most down to earth, real doctor I've ever met and is also so "no hassle" and easy going, but so helpful. He's a great listener and I would recommend him to anyone, any age. His assistants are also very good, too. Dr. Kazdan is very honest and gives great recommendations for surgeons and specialists. Only downside, he has limited hours--but I've never had a big problem with making an appointment.

A Doctor who actually sees you as a person!!…read more I don't leave reviews often, but Dr. Ghazi genuinely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, I felt something I rarely experience at a doctor's office -- welcomed. She has a warmth that immediately puts you at ease, making you feel like a person, not just another appointment. Most visits feel rushed (in and out, minimal conversation). Dr. Ghazi is the complete opposite. She took the time to listen, explain, and educate without ever making me feel pressured. She doesn't push anything on you; she simply empowers you with knowledge so you can make informed decisions about your own health. Her expertise is clear, but what stands out even more is how genuinely she cares. If you're looking for a doctor who will truly hear you and go above and beyond, Dr. Ghazi is it. I cannot recommend her enough.

But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

As a patient- I found the check in process easy; the online forms to fill out very detailed and clear. I included pictures of the signs that mention lab fees and other information. I did not get the names of staff but still felt treated well with each visit. I could ask questions directly to anyone at the front desk. The doctor was able to listen to my concerns and answered my questions. It is a different system than what I am used to in accessing my health records; follow ups are done in person and not over the phone. Which I guess is good if you do have any questions. The wait time was not long. Maybe like 5 minutes. I called this location near closing time and that was my only problem with service, I was on hold nearly 20 minutes - but I believe there was just one person on staff at the time - I'm not sure why it took so long.

These were forms to be completed by hand (not digital, old school) and then had to be entered manually by the receptionist. I was a new patient and it would have been nice to have completed these forms online, prior to my visit. My appointment was set for 10:00. I did not get in the back for my triage until 10:30 and did not see the Doctor until after 11:00. They do not use a digital scales or blood pressure machines. Medical devices could use some updating. They required me to have an EKG, even though I expressed that I did not want one. They told me they would not bill my insurance and that it was for internal use only and was required by the Doctor. The examining room had rules on the wall and advertising for allergy testing, with two notices to turn your phone off as well as a referral policy. No artwork. The lobby was also decorated with policies on all the walls. Although, they did have lots of brochures for services and magazines on the waiting area. Now for my visit with Dr. Alvarez... the Doctor had a wonderful bedside manner. He was warm and friendly. Dr. Alvarez gave me a thorough exam and gave me some good medical advice. He spent a fair amount of time with me, I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Alvarez to anyone seeking a solid primary care physician.
