I love their Motto, "Its okay to Struggle, but it's not okay to Quit!! The karate tournaments are awesome. We have been to two so far and my grandson won a Gold Medal the second time around. We had already done a 2 week trial at another karate establishment and was not happy with them as they had so many children already, I felt if we signed up, ours would not get the attention they would need to really learn, plus the prices they were charging were extremely expensive. Then I did a little research and emailed Dragon Law TKD. Within 5 minutes, Master Luke was calling my house to answer any questions we had. On another occassion before we signed up, we wanted to check out the establishment. We just showed up unannounced and he happened to be closed. I called his cell phone # and he told me he would be there in 5 minutes which he was. Now more importantly, after we signed up. My kids love going to Tae Kwon Do and Master Walsh is amazing with these kids. He does an incredible job of not only teaching TKD but life lessons throughout each training session. He is the real deal and is a 6th degree black belt. Anyone who asks me where to send there kid for any of the above, easily gets the answer Dragon Law TKD. The school's lineage traces back directly Master Ip Man. I found it interesting that this snake crane style was originated by a Chinese woman a few hundred years ago. The system teaches principles of simultaneous defense and attack. Focusing hands and feet on the centerline of body. The style uses body physics and efficiency of energy to over come a much larger.... stronger opponent. I was impressed by the physical conditioning exercises, application drills and the over all interaction in the room. It was a much better martial arts experience than I have had in the past.
