Initially I had used Yardzen and he was so much better than what they suggested. His team put in a paver patio, brickwork, new landscaping, drainage and irrigation. Daniel himself checked in often and quickly answered any questions and addressed any concerns or imperfections. He was very clear about additional cost when I added a little more to the scope of the project and there were no surprises. His team was friendly and hardworking and they cleaned up well after every day's work.

I had bad experience with this company, he never show up. I wasted almost week waiting for him, and…read moremy gutters were clogged, and it was wet season. I needed someone fix them fast, and he only wasted my time. This happened year ago, but I forgot to give him review. He just now texted offering me his services so I decided to give him honest review. I made appointment with him in advance, and he never show up. I live in Greenfield, I texted him at 8 am to tell him it doesn't rain. He replied 5 hours later, and blamed weather in Salinas, he also told me he can't come soon because he has huge job for a week some place else. I think he overbooked himself, and cancelled on me because he had better client. Otherwise he would reply to my morning message, but he was busy for 5 hr. Here are screenshots from our conversation from the same number listed over here.

Roof cleaning... Quality work, on time, great communication…read moreand a fair price. My insurance company "SAFECO" is going to cancel my homeowners policy for mild moss growth noted from a blurry Google Earth photo on my 18 year old well maintained 40yr comp roof of which I provided a detailed professional roofing report from a highly reputable company stating the roof was in excellent condition, they still wanted to cancel our policy. I am sure many of you are having this ridiculous issue. Advanced Pressure washing treated roof for moss/algae and made the roof look like new. I am going to give Safeco the chance to stand by their policy. Not holding my breath. What a racquet.

I cannot speak highly enough of Armando! He's the guy you don't want to have to call but the guy…read moreyou are extremely lucky to have on speed dial if you really need to. During a property flood he came to our rescue for drying services but it was his responsiveness, reliability, patience, honesty, and calm demeanor that stood out above all others. He is 100% a compassionate helper; he offered advice, had a pleasant attitude at all times, took the time to explain different processes, was flexible with his scheduling, and even provided valuable insight that people out of the industry aren't experienced enough to know. Working with a handful of other vendors I've come to quickly recognize the value in having honest, reliable, kind vendors like Armando. I've had to deal with other vendors who try to squeeze every dime out your insurance company, over quote you because you're a woman, or cut corners hoping you wouldn't notice the shit job they were doing. So, it's a huge relief to work with someone like Armando who treats clients with respect, has very fair pricing, and willing to help educate customers to help ease through their difficult situations. He's genuinely stepped in and HELPED me when I really needed it and has been a wonderful resource for other referrals. THANK YOU ARMANDO!

The location is hard to get to, the roof has steep pitches and everything needs to be carried in and out as there is no parking. Cris, Daniel and their fantastically cheerful crew ( you can hear laughing and singing throughout the day ) made every day pleasant. They found a way to pivot each time a difficult scenario presented itself and they did so with minimal noise and disturbance. They were sensitive to our concerns, professional at each turn and very detail oriented. They were able to recommend a skilled local contractor to help with repairs and to coordinate that as well. They kept the job site clean and made sure that sure everything was put away at the end of each day. Pricing was fair and very competitive. We recently reroofed our home in Walnut Creek and the experience was completely opposite. We are so thankful for Cris, Daniel and each of the professionals who worked on our home. We are delighted to recommend them.
