Our kids are going to different schools and love the before and after care. We drop them off in the morning, where they are served breakfast and in the afternoon they get an afternoon snack before I pick them up. Our kids actually tell us "don't pick me up early". Which I think is proof that they love being at KB. Last year our 4yr old was in PreK with Ms. Lori and Ms. Irina. We couldn't have been happier. We loved the wonderful and consistent teachers in the class. They keep an orderly class while having lots of fun! I would recommend you stop in for a visit if you're in the market for an outstanding child care center.

Nobody seems to have an ability to schedule the correct appointments and the billing department can't even give you a statement on how much an appointment with a therapist is going to cost. Could you imagine going into target and having to pull something off the shelf, buying it and then waiting for a bill 3 weeks later that's a mystery until you open the mail? And even that is minor compared to the insanity of their scheduling department. Our therapist has on her schedule our appointments. But the front staff keeps rearranging them and we get a notice of a different day or week. So we have to call in. Say no, we're next week. They don't see it on their schedule even though the therapist has apparently told them so and specifically told us. And we've told them. There's been a gap of a month in appointments due to consistent scheduling issues which is inexcusable when you're dealing with mental health issues. We've shown up on days we were scheduled through the therapist only to be told by the front staff we are not that day and sent home. Then get a call from the therapist wondering where we are. I would encourage anyone out there to seek a different clinic or provider unless this is your absolute last chance. Their schedule and billing staff are all morons. I don't say that lightly. Nobody knows how to do their job and when instructed, they still cannot perform the basic duties of letting you know how much their service will cost or when an appointment is set.

The whole process was so seamless and helped four families be able to manage our "day jobs" while also having our kids school work managed by the Tutor. My son has been a student here for about a month now. They are very attentive to both my son and the parents. Communication is fabulous. We get frequent emails and the teachers talk to me all the time. The director checks in too, asking if I have concerns, how the adjustment is going, etc. my son has already learned so much and he looks forward to going to school every day. He does five half days and he ends up missing the afternoon craft. The teacher overheard him telling me he didn't have the art work from the previous day hanging on the wall, and she said she'd do the craft with him the next morning. I figured although she meant well, there was no way she'd have time to do a one in one craft with my son. Amazingly, she did! My son was so happy and I am beyond impressed with her dedication to making sure my son felt included. I can't say enough. My son loves the food, he gets plenty of play time and lots of education.
