After paying in full for the fall session, and telling the owner on the phone that this was not something we want to continue, taking a loss of tuition as experience. I was told they need her not continuing in writing. Okay? So dropped off a short letter at their front unfriendly desk/childcare center (they had a baby gate with kids behind). A year later (last week) I get a collections letter for almost $700 "owed" to them. First ever written communication. After notifying them of an obvious clerical mistake the owner returns my email stating that her class is a 10 month commitment unless I fill out the proper form, which I never received. In all my years as a Hudson resident and children in multiple activities never have seen this. And that she will not communicate with me. SCAMMER. BEWARE. So if you sign your kid up, beware that they are now not just doing the session you paid for but contracted for the year, even when you talk to them, give them a letter. Ridiculous.
