Some of these were made with beautiful fabrics for formal events and in all the colors you could dream of. My daughter put on the gown for measuring and she was made to feel comfortable (this was her very first experience at a tailor service.) she was complimented on her look as well. The dress was ready in a quick timeframe and absolutely on time for our event. My daughter was pleased with the result- and attention to detail. The hem looks extremely professional. I needed some alterations done and some dry cleaning so I've used this business twice already. I've spent over $200 on dry cleaning and the alterations. Everything appeared to have gone well with my initial alteration requests. I brought in 15 items to be altered due to my height. It took over 5 days to get it done and everything looked pristine and crisp upon picking them up. I recently wore two of the items that were hemmed and washed it at home and the hem has been undone on two pants... I am really disappointed because they're not cheap and all the reviews stated what great quality.. doesn't appear to be the case with the hemming. I've tried to call the number on the phone multiple times to try to give them opportunity to rectify the issue but it seems to be cut off. Second issue is that I picked up some dry cleaning on Thursday of last week and they forgot to give me a dress they apparently rejected... again when I realized the dress was missing I tried to call them and the phone line was once again cut off. I had to drive up there on Friday and they had my dress just hanging behind the register... they weren't even going to call me or notify me that they forgot to give me my dress?!? I do plan on coming up there this week to have them fix the issues of the hemming on my pants because it shouldn't happen after one wash. Final verdict: after going to discuss my issues with them at some point this week I will not return as this has been two Separate issues from two different visits and I expected so much more from a business that has 4.8 stars. For the price, you're not getting quality hemming done here. I am sure you can find better options elsewhere. The dry cleaning itself was standard and like I said everything was crisp upon receiving it but I cannot take my chances in spending money here again. UPDATE: Just drove up to the place because their phones aren't working and was told they would fix my garments for free.. that's good service. None of them really were a great fit. I decided to try Alpharetta shoe repair since it's in the vicinity. I took two pairs of shoes for repair. One was a dress show which needed new soles and heels. The other shoe had some fabric that was coming off and needed to be glued. I was surprised that the repairs only took 3 days. I got them back and so far so good. The prices are a bit higher than average compared with what I paid previously. If you decide to go, bring cash since you well get a 5% discount.

The other one was a beautiful vintage 1970s shirt that was just a little too long, and had a hole in it. This one was absolutely butchered. It's unwearable. I wanted to keep the hemline, just bring it up a bit, so I could wear it untucked. It's so short now, there's nothing I can do to it. The hole that I asked him to stitch up was just ran through the sewing machine like someone scribbling over a mistake. Would give zero if I could. The service is terrible. The two times I've gone in there, he seems like he's trying to rush you out as quickly as possible. Didn't take ANY effort to try and understand what I wanted, or even how to do his own job. I wasn't even measured. I will never go back and I hope he finds a trade he's better suited for. Fuck this place.
