Linda is laser sharp at analyzing your physical condition and goals, and crafting and implementing compatible exercise plans. She is incredibly professional and well educated, but also seems to have that rare touch - a natural as a professional trainer. She will get you to push much harder than you would on your own, perfect your form during every exercise, and develop core muscles that you never knew you had. (I see now that my prior experiences with "trainers" were absurdly simplistic and cookbook by comparison.) Very highly recommended.

I've worked with other trainers before, and have even participated at Crossfit, but what makes her different from any other trainer is that 1) She genuinely cares about her clients and their fitness goals, and 2) She makes SURE that you are able to get the best workouts, with the right amount of intensity (and it varies with each person), SAFELY. She knows what she's doing as your trainer, even when you don't. Because of her, I not only reached my fitness goals, I went beyond them. Thank you Linda!!

I had an amazing initial impression after being greeted by the friendly front desk and walking through the impeccably clean studio. The amenities were a nice touch with the water refill station, Nespresso machine, and hand towels in the bathroom instead of paper towels. There is also ample parking in the lot right in front of the entrance. My first experience with a reformer machine was for an advanced class elsewhere, so I've been scared of it ever since lol. I wasn't nervous at all in Tatiana's class; she explained each function clearly, and she's quite funny to boot. The class flowed well and I stretched places I didn't know I could stretch. The 50 minutes flew by, and any moves I wasn't familiar with I easily looked to my left or right. It sounds like they have harder/sweatier classes on other days, and this one was a great start!

They require every newcomer to take an introduction to Pilates class (I think even if you're seasoned), so you may find some of the exercises are simple and familiar. The space is very vibrant and comfortable. The actual building is a bit difficult to locate - they have signs around but it's located on the second floor and then entrance is towards the back behind a parking lot. All the staff are very kind, and they have a cute little Nespresso machine / coffee bar you can grab a drink from after.

I'd done reformer Pilates back in college and loved it, so I started exploring studios nearby. After trying a few in the area, I found X2O Pilates, and I was instantly hooked. They use an Xformer, which is a bit different from traditional reformers. It's like a blend between classic Pilates and Lagree-style training, and it delivers serious results. Since starting a little over a year ago, my body has completely transformed. I have visible abs for the first time since my early twenties, and I'm more toned and defined overall than I've been in years. Eventually, I convinced a few friends to come with me; though they were definitely intimidated at first. But after just one class, they were hooked too! Every instructor at X2O is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. They each bring their own unique style to class, but you truly can't go wrong with any of them.     TPWO It is time for an update to my last review. Since then…read morewe have all gone and are going through this terrible pandemic. For the several months that TPWO was closed for the lock down, I was concerned how I was going to continue my journey of weight loss and fitness. When I received an email that the studio would be reopening I was so excited!, and then concerned. However I was reassured that I would resume one on one and all the equipment is cleaned between each usage. I wear a mask as well as my trainer. I don't have a second thought about my, one on one session. I had my first workout after eight months and was worried how much I may have reverted. Which I did a little, but after a few sessions I have gotten to and have passed the previous weight I was lifting on a few of the machines! AMAZING! I have lost a great deal of weight since I began this journey, with Jennifer at TPWO, my blood pressure has reduced to better than recommended, I am in a much better mental place, I have tons of energy and am so happy to be working out again & I look forward to my next one on one sessions again!

I was always misinformed or incorrecrly taught how to use weights with the gyms I joined in the past. I thought go fast with lots of weight. WRONG!! By going s-l-o-w for apx 2 minutes, you get a great workout after you find the correct weight for each machine! I love all of the trainers in the Danville location - Sean, Dan, Vanessa and Rachel. If I need to change my workout time, they all work together to get you in when you are available!! AND they have nutrionists!! If you have a desire to gain strength, get healthy and only have so much time - this is The Perfect Workout!!
