I went in the store a month ago to cancel a line to my cell phone I wanted to change the number…read moreinstead of them changing the number they told me about a promotion they had they were not having may I add so I have been charged an extra 68 dollars since August I just called T-Mobile corporate they reimburse me $68 for one month so was on auto pay just heads up never do auto pay with them specially if you do not check your bill because they will add a line and use it for themselves that's the only thing I can come up with not just the T-Mobile on Airline but the T-Mobile in Tuscaloosa Alabama also done this yes I should have been checking my bill once I get this works out I will be going elsewhere

I went to this store to get assistance with my cell phone. The customer service could be better. I…read morewas greeted as soon as I walked in to the store. Of course there was only one other customer present. Without checking my phone to see what the problem really was, the young lady who was not even assisting interrupted and diagnosed my problem. Now, she may or may not have known what she was talking about but her approach was wrong. I, like many people, when you come with the wrong approach and/or attitude, I shut down and I basically did not want to deal with you. I am not sure if my phone is fixed and I left the store feeling less than satisfied.
