Due to my lack of access to my account, the process took two days. Adam was just as helpful on the second day not only to me but all customers who had arrived while I was being served. Adam went over every single question I had and informed me that my plan was inadequate for my needs; so we upgraded the whole plan also. I have one small gripe with the process. I asked for a 16 Pro max and I received a 16 Pro. Now I'm adjusting to the smaller form factor. I'm not surely sure how that was miscommunicated, yet I'm overall elated with the new phone with Apple intelligence and the new plan. I hope Adam advances in his role due to his ability to communicate effectively with others and keep his composure with trying guests.
