I walked in and was greeted by Tyler. He was super personable, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, even phone questions that had nothing to do with the screen repair. The shop was very clean, inviting, and they have a great playlist playing in the background. After he assessed my screen he quoted me and started my repair. I expected that I would need to leave my phone for at least an hour and a half. I was so wrong, he finished in about 30 minutes!
