I was having knee and hip pain due to not being able to activate my right glute properly and the rest of my body overcompensating for it. My squat and deadlift were struggling as a result. Over the last month I've had monumental improvement in my lifts, as well as, no more pain! Cami has made an effort to give me exercises that I can work into my programs. She's also done a lot to help me brace properly when lifting, which isn't an easy skill. Very glad I found this place and have been able to work with Cami! Another shout out to the front desk staff who are always incredibly kind and helpful. If you're looking for top notch PT care this is definitely the spot!

My insurance company told me that Lodo Physical Therapy- former name of this company-needs to resolve this issue with a refund. When I get a hold of someone here, I am told that they are working on it, but am never given a timeline. In December, I learned that the owner of the practice was holding onto my money because they were moving locations and funds were tight. This is just plain wrong. Posting here to see if some public shaming will finally make this refund happen. Would not recommend if you have to deal with them regarding payments...so I guess would not recommend.

Specifically, Atlas provides everything you need (on terms of a PT facility) but it's clear that the therapists and exercise consultants are qualified and really care about their patients well-being and goals. In addition to offering useful services like dry needling, massage, exercise plans, etc. onsite, I felt that Atlas (specifically Jeremy & Dave) did a great job of giving me realistic goals to work towards on my own. They also were an excellent meter for gauging my progress and helped me through the concerns/feelings that everyone goes through while recovering from a major surgery/injury. I highly recommend Atlas and will be back for any of my PT needs.

I love that you have an option to do an hour session- which is ideal to focus on multiple areas. They don't take insurance but can help with sending you super bills to submit to insurance if you have out of network benefits. There are also options to for payment plans or to spread out payments. It can get pricey, but it is an investment to your health and well-being, which is worth every penny! They have a holistic approach and target the treatment to individual needs. In my experience most places that take traditional insurance do not have the same philosophy and can only focus on one target area. I am overweight and never felt shamed or told to lose weight at anytime. I have not always had the same experience with other providers, so it was refreshing. Andrew got to the root cause of my symptoms and provided me with stretches and exercises to help alleviate pain and improve my workout goals. I am able to squat lower and lift heavier than I ever have before. My endurance for walking and day to day activities has improved greatly as well. Brett and Angela are the best, super personable and knowledgeable, and I always look forward to seeing them. Since I tore a muscle in my lower back playing basketball four years ago, I was never able to fully recover and get back to my active lifestyle of working out and playing sports. I was always in some degree of discomfort and was constantly terrified of re-injuring my back. I would see some slow recovery and then just a slight mis-movement would undo all of my progress. I had worked with chiropractors and massage therapists for a few years and would have short-term benefits but would eventually end up re-injuring myself doing the slightest things. I had never worked with a physical therapist before because honestly I just didn't know what they would do besides have me do things I already know (do some stretches and lift some light weights). I ultimately went to Atlas because I was starting to lose hope and was thinking back surgery may be inevitable. I could not be MORE GRATEFUL for coming to Atlas! It has been life-changing, and that isn't an exaggeration. My back is PAIN-FREE for the first time in YEARS and my lower back mobility and strength is probably better than when I got injured. I have had a couple small setbacks over the last few months but my body recovered so much quicker and it has never gone back to where it was before. Today, I feel great and can't believe that I'm only going in every other week and typically show up without any pain. I'm fully on the path to recovery and have full confidence - for the first time in years - that I will get my life back and have a stronger, more flexible, back than before. It's possible & I highly encourage going to Atlas if you are in the same boat that I was. Thanks Brett and Angela! See you in a couple weeks!
