Their pricing was competitive and their scheduling made it an easy choice. After taking the car home, waiting the prescribed two week curing period, I two bucket washed my car to discover the wheels, and the whole roof had been missed by the ceramic. Water beaded everywhere except those spots. I contracted reaper only to be told I wasn't washing the car correctly! I use two buckets and chemical guys product. So I sent them pictures, again, it was my fault. For weeks after that my front passenger window tint began to peel off at the bottom as it was cut incorrectly. Once again, contact was made, to be told, you guessed it, it was my fault. I then took my tint issue to Eclipse Tinting (Fabulous) and my ceramic problem to Diamond Shine (Fabulous). Diamond shine now does tinting too, Karan, you're the man! Fast forward TWO years, I get contacted by Reaper about my previous issue. Words were exchanged and an offer was made. Here's where Reaper really shone. However it happened, my experience was lost in their system for two years, but when they found it, Jas, you are also, THE MAN, sent me a text. He listened, he was sympathetic and understanding and was authorized to offer me a level two paint with a ceramic pro coating, on any of my five cars, to make amends. Reaper acted like a company who cares about their service and cares about the satisfaction of their customer. I believe they really do, their actions proved it to me. I want to say thank you to Nimar and Jas for their integrity and their level of professionalism. You guys are what other companies should look to for a template. It was a pleasure interacting with these fellas, and I would recommend these guys if for just one reason, their stand up integrity and customer service. We agreed on a time and date when the weather looked like it would hold off on the rain and the detailers arrived on schedule. Anthony and his team did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. The vehicles were left in new condition. I asked them not to use Armor All as it makes things too slick and dust sticks to it. They had an alternate product that worked out well. I expected to see window streaks the next day in certain light because it is hard to get that right and I don't do a good job of it myself, but they were clean! The price was reasonable and the work was very professional. I have recommended them to many other people since. We were so pleased!

I emailed to make an appointment, and let them know my pretty tight schedule, and even though I'm sure summer is so bonkers, they managed to get me in within the week. The girl on the phone was kind and professional, as well as the owner was great with responding to my emails quickly, to book me in a spot that would work with my schedule limitations. I get a mini detail, which is only $140 for my sized car. (Other places quoted me $240-$350 in the past.) They said about 2-3 hours, and it was literally done in just over 2 hours, and it looks great! Windows, door jams, carpets, seats.... Spotless! I'll never go anywhere else. Especially being a female, a lot of places have tried to tell me I needed extra stuff I don't need. These guys are honest, kind, good prices, and good service. Their location is also super convenient for me, less than a 10min walk to Gilmore Skytrain Station, so I can go get other errands done while I'm waiting for my car. I pulled up in my dirty Honda Fit, and left in what felt like a brand new car! Thanks so much! I'll see you next Spring! :)
