Call the office, says someone should be there anytime. Wait another 30 min, still no one. Office says tech must have mixed up morning bookings. Some texts at 11 says they are leaving from approx 25-35 min away from my booking. By noon, still no one. Call at 12:10, says someone will be there any min. I cancelled. No one ever showed. 0 stars. Not a single phone call, only updates were when I called.

At this point, this company seems unreliable and "Josh" doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I wouldn't recommend using there services even if it's good. Customer service and communication takes precedent and clearly they don't have that.

I told the boss I'd return with a dozen donuts to say thanks, and within 30 minutes they has a dozen. Other places wanted to charge for the decal removal, lol. It became clear there was only installer who all other installers conceded was the Grand Master of their trade. His name is Ken Wilson and is simply the best. He has an eye for detail that approaches OCD and judging by his shop he is certifiably OCD. When I went to see Ken I wasn't so much interviewing him as he was deciding if he'd coat my new car. Luckily Ken and I hit it off and he worked me into his busy schedule working late into the night to help me meet my scheduled departure to travel across Canada. Ken went so far as to install a much heavier film on my front bumper as well as cut a perfectly round PCF for a large camera in the front of the car. In the end I cannot find a single seam on my car... it's impossible to tell I have PCF on my new car just the way I wanted it. Thank You Ken Wilson and Autowerks Exclusive.
