I saw a lot of good reviews about it, so I brought my car to this auto shop for a quote. The owner Mat helped me to check on the car carefully and explained to me what needed to be repaired or replaced clearly. He sounded fairly honest and provided a quote to me. Finally I decided to let this auto shop repair my car. I received an excellent customer service. I got a very clean courtesy car. The admin lady Lisa was very diligent that she would call and report everything in detail a couple of times during the repair. The repair was done perfectly. I had no complaints about it. The best part was that I had to return the courtesy car by 5pm, but I got stuck in traffic from Langley to Coquitlam and would not be able to make it until 7pm. The owner Mat would wait for me to come and make sure I could drive safely and returned the courtesy car before the weekend. I would highly recommend this auto shop to others if they need to fix or repair the cars due to car accidents.

Isnt that their job to see/estimate it? I went in the next day when it was promised again, but again, not ready. I called the next day and they had "run out of double sided tape". Finally I was told I could pick it up on Thu at noon, but again, it wasn't ready! To add to all those broken promises, I asked them to "buff out" the many little scratches on the paint. They provided me with a black Hyundai as a temporary rental vehicle. It was rainy when I picked up the rental, and the inspection process felt rushed. When I returned the rental vehicle to pick up my own car, I was told there was a scratch above the tire area and I was charged $1,610. This was very surprising and disappointing. The vehicle was not thoroughly inspected with me at pickup, and there was no clear, detailed documentation provided regarding the vehicle's pre-existing condition. This is the first time I have experienced something like this. A few years ago, I used a different body shop and did not have any issues. I am attaching photos for transparency. I recommend that future customers carefully document the vehicle (take detailed photos and videos) before leaving the lot. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

I was asked to wait for a Catherine to arrive for about one hour (she is said to have been a former police constable). She perfectly ignored me like I didn't exist. She then quickly took about a dozen photographs from all over the vehicle (including the sunscreen on top which was virtually irrelevant). Then she asked for the Owners Certificate and took photocopies of that too. At the end, when I asked for the assessment I initially wanted, she said they wouldn't disclose their assessment to customer. At this time, their other employee (Ehsan, of Iranian background) gave me a swear word (without provocation) and asked me to leave.

This was advertised and since 7-11 took over. No issue I go inside and pay. It's annoying. I went inside the last few times and purchased a car wash. I have to wait because it's busy. Today I found out the car wash is still free. The clerk said yes this is true we give a car wash if we don't ask you. Well after thousands of dollars of gas and car washes I felt cheated.
