Highly Recommended…read more Quality service by a quality team.  Jan's Precision Auto Body is absolutely amazing! They are a wonderful family group providing EXCEPTIONAL service to the community. Recently, our Mercedes was rear-ended and we needed some body work done; naturally we were in distress over the damage. Michelle's kindness has a way of letting you know that everything will be more than alright.   Not only were they able to find parts that are difficult to find, they returned the car in a condition that is better from what they received.  It was immaculate inside and the body work done is BEAUTIFUL. If you're looking for quality work, honesty, customer service, professionalism and skill don't waste your time anywhere else. Go see them. There service isn't exclusive to Mercedes-Benz either.  Michelle and Team: Thank you for looking after our family. It was an effortless process working with you. My pride and joy was recently damaged in a minor front end collision, ICBC gave me an estimate and I scoured the lower mainland for bodyshops but was turned away by many because in typical ICBC fashion, they gave me a low value for my car, I lost hope until a friend recommended Mike's Quality Bodyworks in Mercer Island. I spoke to Norman, his #1 guy and he completely assured me that it would get fixed up, personally drove me to the Skytrain station and the waiting game commenced. A week later, I came back to my car and it looked even better than before the collision, even the discontinued, obscure parts were replaced, that particular corner was perfectly fixed to new OEM spec as if it rolled out of the showroom floor, all within ICBC's measly estimate, to my surprised, the car was washed an d vacuumed inside aswell, Norman really went out of his way, I couldn't thank him enough, they did a great job.
