They rarely have everything working. They rarely have soap and wax come out of the nozzles. The pressure is too low. They do no maintenance on the place. They charge as if they actually get your car clean. If you don't mind using their sand paper brushes and rock embedded swirl brushes, you can scratch the heel out of your paint, but it won't make it look good. Don't ever go here! No soap comes out. They lie. They won't refund. They are stealing. The guy told me I had to call Managment and yet the number on the window doesn't go to any name it just goes to voicemail. I asked him to call and he pretended to call and then walk around the corner of the building. I asked him to come back and make the call in front of us and then he pretended that it didn't go through! He refused to refund us, and our car is dirtier practically than when we arrived that's how dirt it is. It was absolutely just water! I found the front of their booth was graffiti with people who were mad and upset at them. I googled them and started seeing all these horrible reports about how the new owners are cheating people and stealing from people and I was gonna call the police on them as they are charging for a service. Been going to this particular location for at least 15 years. This place has gone down in quality since the new owners took over. Hardly any soap on the soap selection. Tonight my wif and I washed our cars here. I first washed hers, then after she pulled out and went to the vacuum, I washed my car. After I pulled up besides my wife's car, I took a bag of (small) McDonald and threw away. I started to follow my wife out and what I can guess is the owner kinda indicates he wants to have a word. He says I can't throw out my garbage "? But I washed our cars here" my wife vacuumed and threw away stuff , I threw a small bag of garbage into an overflowing garbage can. I can't believe this. I lived in Mission for ten years and then moved away. I always used this self-serve wash when living here and had little complaint. We recently moved back and and used this wash a few months back. I can confirm the complaints by others here of "no soap" etc. The sun came out a week ago and it was time to give the truck a bath. This business at 10am on a weekday was closed. Two days later I drove by and it was still closed in the afternoon. Their social media pages are blank and there is no explanation. Likely this business is done. I was in there yesterday and used the wand wash for my truck - I was there maybe 15 minutes and billed it using my credit card (tap pay). I checked my Visa today and they billed me $35!!!. Normally when I do this its $10-15, $20 if I'm stretching the time. User beware on using your credit card there.....and watch the minute rate charge. read more

I went to this Car Wash, and have in the past, never again. I paid for the super premium wash as usual, but no wax was applied at all, just water came out. When I complained the apparent manager said that it was working fine and didn't want to discuss this issue. If I could give this business zero stars I would they are an absolute scam. I lost $14 in the automatic car wash a few months ago and was unable to get it back because I couldn't get in contact with anyone. I tried going through again today and the automatic car wash died after soaping my entire car. 15 minutes and 3 failed phone calls later I drive out to try to find someone. There is no one around and once again they don't answer the posted phone number. I go next door to the gas station and he calls the attendant. After waiting another 5 minutes she doesn't show up and there is another customer whose vehicle is also covered in soap. I go back to the gas station and he calls again. She finally slowly saunters out pretending to be oblivious to what is going on. She sends me through again and walks away. Low and behold the carwash dies again and I have to call and track her down. She claims it is only my vehicle that is having an issue and insists I go through again so she can watch it, keep in mind I have now been here for 45 minutes. I say no I have to get to work and so she rinses my car off, however I did not get the Rainex that I paid for and she refused to reimburse me. I own a traffic control company with 15+ fleet trucks and I will never return as a customer. I have now spoken with a bunch of my family and friends and they have all had similar experiences with both automatic washes and the manual ones, no water, no soap, machines eat money etc. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
