We agreed on a time and date when the weather looked like it would hold off on the rain and the detailers arrived on schedule. Anthony and his team did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. The vehicles were left in new condition. I asked them not to use Armor All as it makes things too slick and dust sticks to it. They had an alternate product that worked out well. I expected to see window streaks the next day in certain light because it is hard to get that right and I don't do a good job of it myself, but they were clean! The price was reasonable and the work was very professional. I have recommended them to many other people since. We were so pleased!

I emailed to make an appointment, and let them know my pretty tight schedule, and even though I'm sure summer is so bonkers, they managed to get me in within the week. The girl on the phone was kind and professional, as well as the owner was great with responding to my emails quickly, to book me in a spot that would work with my schedule limitations. I get a mini detail, which is only $140 for my sized car. (Other places quoted me $240-$350 in the past.) They said about 2-3 hours, and it was literally done in just over 2 hours, and it looks great! Windows, door jams, carpets, seats.... Spotless! I'll never go anywhere else. Especially being a female, a lot of places have tried to tell me I needed extra stuff I don't need. These guys are honest, kind, good prices, and good service. Their location is also super convenient for me, less than a 10min walk to Gilmore Skytrain Station, so I can go get other errands done while I'm waiting for my car. I pulled up in my dirty Honda Fit, and left in what felt like a brand new car! Thanks so much! I'll see you next Spring! :)

I asked and received a quote within minutes the morning after, and was able to drop off my car at a time convenient to me. 3 hours later, it was all done, and they even cleaned my rubber car mats front and back, and the seats were spotless with no smell either. 5/5, would recommend! Reasonably priced as well. Thanks so much guys!!!

I took my truck in to get the rear bumper painted and I also had a small scratch above my rear…read morepassenger wheel. I was quoted 500+ for the bumper and also 500+ for the fender to get painted, as the cost was very high I decided only to get the bumper painted. The owner Mike then said he would try to buff the scratch on the fender to see if it would remove it to avoid future painting. On receiving my truck I noticed that it looked perfect. there was a fresh coat of wax on the side of the truck where the small scratch was and the bumper looked good. The scratch was still there tho it wasn't able to be buffed out which Mike explained to me. After a few washes in the touchless car was I use, the wax had come off my truck and I noticed the entire side of that bed was covered in deep swirl marks which weren't there prior to bringing the truck in to this shop. I called the shop back and they asked me to bring it back for inspection. The owner of the shop looked at the truck and said that they must've waxed too hard and now instead of just having a small unnoticeable scratch my side of the truck was covered in swirls as well and looked terrible. He referred me to his friend at "Detailz" auto spa and said he could fix it for me. I have taken my truck to detailz spa since this issue 3-4 times and every time it came back after a wash with the exact same swirls but now even worse as it not only covers the back of the truck but the swirls go all the way to the front of the truck over both passenger doors. each time i've gone to detailz and this issue came back after a wash I was told to take it back so he can try something else over and over until my last visit where the owner or detailz said he doesn't think he can fix it. I called mike back at columbia collision and told him i've tried 3-4 times and each time is very inconvenient as i don't have a secondary vehicle and I need to cab home and back to the shop to pick up my truck each time. each time costing 40-50 dollars. Mikes response to me was "i don't see how this is my problem, i tried to do you a favour by removing that small scratch to save you money from painting the side" what he fails to realize is anyone would rather have a small unnoticeable scratch than having that scratch plus swirls going thru the whole passenger side of their vehicle. this is also a newer truck. the paint was in perfect condition. it has only been touchless washes. now the side of my truck looks ten years older than the other side and this truck is only 2 years old!! i purchased it for 70,000 dollars and this is the last thing I expected from a shop that came recommended this is terrible service and also terrible attitude from owner saying it's not his issue and he isn't going to pay to fix his own mistake. avoid this shop if you can. i've been dealing with this headache since April and it's now November
