So if you're looking for a specific washer or dryer be ready to wait. I appreciate that most of the washer have a card reader, as well as the big dryers. I don't carry cash often so it is handy to have that feature. It has a cute little sitting area in the back with a tv and vending machine. There are three black leather couches and some chairs. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. It's very well kept!

I got there at 8 o'clock, nobody was in the area, but I ate her screaming in the background. I waited patiently, after 10 minutes of waiting I decided to call the phone number, but I could see them talking in the background and didn't seem to care about answering the phone. I attempted to try calling twice because I understand that they're working , and finally somebody came to the front desk. I let him know I was waiting for a while, she told me that she didn't care I was waiting and I needed to wait longer in the lobby. I asked what the appropriate time to wait and she said 15 to 20 minutes for somebody to come into the lobby area because they're dry cleaning everything. Very poor customer service they don't care about answering their phone calls, and screaming in the background in the phone is answering that is really weird. Do not come to this place

I ended up having issues with one of my loads of laundry , it said error , error and would t stop , I had to push the emergency stop button to retrieve it. It was a soaking sudsy mess ! I tried calling the number no answer , no call back , nothing still after two weeks . I also wrote into the owner that morning , with my problem and sent pictures ect . You know it may have only been $3.00 , but that $3.00 was all I had besides the $1.00 for the dryer which I had to scrape up because I never expected to spend that much either. It is almost two weeks later and yep my clothes are still wet , starting to smell bad ect . More than the complete inconvenience of having no immediate help that morning so I could put my clothes in the dryer together with my only dollar, I've had to drag my sopping wet clothes around with me , they are heavy , they are starting to stink and the worse part , I still CAN"T WEAR THEM!! I hope that you will do better for your each and every customer
