I was told they didn't offer that until age 8, only to find out when we were there that they DO have a hip hop class for that age group, but it's for boys only. When I walked in, the owner was not very friendly. The entire establishment was completely unorganized. I called the owner shortly after leaving asking about the hip hop class, not understanding why the boys can do ballet, tap and jazz, but why my daughter couldn't join the hip hop class. I understand it is her establishment and she can do what she pleases with it. But I, personally found it very sexist. She was rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Needless to say my daughter will not be attending the dance classes.

They have a two shows daily and they are always new releases. They have some of the best popcorn ever always warm and fresh. I enjoy going Jere over the big theaters my kids like it better too. They said that was fine and that I needed to venmo $60 and they would send me a video the day prior of the dance, that she would miss learning. Ok. Great. Sent the money. Then at 7pm I still had no video. So I messaged and called and was told I wouldn't get it until 9:30/10 that night...after my daughter would be in bed because she has school following day. I asked as any parent would.. how that would work because she is in bed at that time, school next day, and as soon as she gets out of school, we would be driving to auditions. So she won't actually see the choreography required to try out. Andrea at the front desk was very rude on the phone...did not sound as if she even knew how to answer. I just said okay and figured I would just need to hope for the best. Then I got a message saying that they were doing us a favor by letting her try out, and now refunding my money ...and that we would be better somewhere else. And then blocked me! I was shocked. My daughter was crushed. Never once did I act rude, or talk loudly, or anything for them to act like that. But it is better off because I would not want my daughter at a studio where they treat people like that.

Both of my daughters are extremely happy and love dancing at this studio.

We tried and tried finally someone told us it was broken to go to concessions. There was no sign sayingthaWe bought a hotdog and it only had half a bun. Gave us one ketchup and mustard. Nachos not the freshest. Lemonade tasted like they just mixed powder in it. Then the movie had technical issues! It did not start on time. We waited 35 min because they told they were working on. Then they did NOT refund our money!!!! Only gave us a pass. No reimbursement for inconvenience and time. All these issues need to be fixed.
