From the beginning of the project, both Dmytro and Liu gave valuable input on some of my choices to help bring the vision I had for the bathroom to life. All of the team were incredibly courteous, prompt, and hard-working with major attention to detail and a true sense of pride in their work. A special shout out to Vitaly for doing the meticulous tile work and majority of painting/plumbing. During the project, we hit some small glitches that happen with every renovation, and Dmytro and Liu worked closely with me to navigate smoothly through all aspects of the project to get the desired outcome. I love my new bathroom! On top of everything, at the end of the project, there was an unexpected plumbing problem outside of the bathroom not at all related to the project that Dmytro fixed. That level of dedication to the customer went above and beyond and was reflective of the incredible service and care that this company provides. Alex was always communicative before, during and after the painting job, which included one side of our house, all the large soffits and trim, as well as porch ceiling. They caulked every nail hole, seam and blemish prior to painting, repaired rotten trim board with properly dryed wood (so it wouldn't shrink in a month) and went out of their way to add some paint to an area I only got one coat on and had needed to get to at no charge. The entire process was transparent and his breakdown of cost for each room and area to paint was awesome, so we could eliminate areas we could get to so we could hire him to do what needed to get done. He was great to work with, clean and thoughtful of everything from spraying bleach around the garden, to covering windows carefully before spraying and even coating an area again after he determined it wasn't up to his standards. Folks like this are truly hard to come by and I cannot recommend him enough. We didn't go with the cheapest quote we received, we went with the one who felt like they cared about us as a customer and who valued their reputation. That's a true, honest business.
