We can't say enough good things about our experience with NC Drainage. From the outstanding superintendent to the crew leader and the crewmembers, one could not ask for better customer service, quality work and a company-wide culture striving for excellence. We experienced substantial water flow in our backyard after heavy rainfall and it has gotten worse over the years. We had three companies give us an estimate. We went with NC Drainage as they provided a better solution to the issue and we felt comfortable with Ryan and Jared after they reviewed the site. The excellent customer service started with Ryan and Jared putting us on the schedule then being flexible when the work we were having done before they could do their work was delayed. Our scope of work changed and Ryan and Jared came out again, reviewed the new scope and said whatever we need they can do. This actually happened a second time and Ryan came out, gave us a revised estimate and said they can do whatever we need. Ryan is very polite and always responded to my texts within an hour or two. The folks in the office, in particular Danika, answered our questions about the quote, payment methods and scheduling. She always responded to our emails within an hour or so and after 5pm on at least one occasion. Again, you could not ask for better customer service. The crew arrived on the date scheduled and got right to work. The entire crew was quality conscious and cared about the work they performed. Our crew leader Kyle could not have been more customer service oriented and explained everything they would do that day. It was quite a job but they finished in a day and we could not have been happier with their work and the finished product. With all this rain, thank God for NC Drainage. During/after rain, I had standing water on my driveway and along the garage side of my home. Adam came out to assess my problem. He suggested a system including two catch basins and burying two gutter down spouts, all tied into a main drain line that empties at my back yard back fence. Their office was very easy to communicate with by email/phone. Taft was the project manager. The work was completed in half a day. Taft and his crew were friendly and professional. Upon completion, all disturbed lawn was seeded with straw laid. The owner Jason even called me that evening to make sure I was pleased. The day following their work, it rained for hours. And I'm thrilled the standing water is gone!! For the labor and quality of materials, their price is fair. NC Drainage uses a thick, smooth-interior drain pipe rather than a thin corrugated one. The latter is common and less expensive but prone to problems over time, so I wanted to avoid it. Another business using a PVC-quality smooth-interior drain pipe quoted me a much higher price. We had a serious drainage issue at our home, with water standing for long periods of time after any amount of rain. We contacted NC Drainage as they had excellent reviews. They fully deserve these. Adam came out to inspect and provided us with a well thought-out solution and a very reasonable quotation for the amount of work needed. Due to their excellent reputation, they were fully booked but gave us an estimated time when the work would be done and they were on the mark with this. Ryan, the site supervisor, came out just prior to the work to be done and discussed in full what they would be doing. He was flexible to accommodate our additional requests with no hesitation. Alberta and his team were out next and did an excellent job. Minimal disruption, very considerate and careful and the final solution is better than we'd expected. I am a resident and charge of a small HOA of a 4 unit condominium complex and had NC Drainage assess our needs for new drainage system as ours was non functioning and over 20 years old. This "old house" property had so many challenges for the team doing the actual work, but they worked so well together. I've had a number of home projects completed by NC Drainage over the past 5 years. They have all been done quickly and with great care and expertise. The most challenging was the creation of a stream across my backyard. I had significant water that would run into my backyard, creating a small pond every heavy rainfall. The NC Drainage team created a stream that funneled the water into an adjacent dry creek. It looks great and works perfectly.
