The company I ordered it from offered me a small discount to try and find someone to "fix it" (I'm currently in a dispute with them over the entire situation). I reached out to Cabinet Connection and spoke with Dan who was very kind and told me to bring the board in for him to take a look at. He immediately said he would see what he could do and just a few days later called me to let me know the board now had all the necessary holes. I was so relieved when I assembled the console and the board fit into place perfectly! Dan was very professional, charged me a fair price, and eliminated my stress over a defective $700 piece of furniture. Highly recommend him!!!!

We stopped into Heart of the Home one afternoon and spoke with the owners (Lisa and Rod). We decided to go ahead with a quote. It was only a few days before Rod and Tye (the installer) came to measure for the cabinets. We met with Lisa in store to decide on the layout, style and wood for the cabinets. She was able to lay the cabinets out on the computer so we had a good visual of the design. Lisa quoted us separately for the different woods. Which was very helpful. She spent quite a bit of time discussing our options (much appreciated). We decided on Alder with quartz countertops. We ordered the cabinets and it was about six weeks before Tye installed them. Tye is such a pleasant young man and very precise. Our cabinets are top quality and are installed with precision. The countertops were installed today. We are so happy with the cabinets! Thank you Heart of the Home for making this an easy process and thank you for your professionalism. We highly recommend Heart of the Home Cabinets.
