The halloumi and avocado as well as the hummus were layered in the stack so every bite had something in it. The karak latte was also very good with a smooth flavour. I appreciated that they could make it with alternative milk since most places I've been to that serve this will only do it with dairy. So unlike other places that usually stack pancakes and then put the topping at the top, this each layer has the filling, so each layer of the salmon pancake has cream cheese and salmon.
