He also quoted for additional work that was never done and not needed. He charged my father in law over 16k. I maybe wrong but I do believe my father in law should not have been billed for their mistake and hours spent on their mistake. When asked to speak with Dan regarding the over billing he was unprofessional and refused. Instead he made his worker come collect payment in full. His workers Brian and Jason we absolutely amazing. Thank goodness the owner Dan has them because based on my experience with Dan the owner his unprofessionalism and over billing and lack of concern is appalling.

So these guys were able to come out the next day and fix the leak i had. What a relief. Prompt…read morecourteous service. Professional. The inside of their work truck was extremely clean and tidy. Just what I like to see. Highly recommend them. I don't know if they are higher or lower than most cause I didn't have a chance to get other quotes. But I'm just glad it's fixed. I want to be slightly nit picky. After the job was finished and they had gone back to their work truck I went to inspect the pipe. They had left the old parts laying on the ground instead of disposing of them. It would have been nice if they would have wrapped the loose heat tape around the pipes instead of letting it lay there as in the picture and they disconnected my water hose but just left it like that instead of reconnecting it like some might expect them to do. If I do a job I leave it just as I found it after I'm finished. Those are small things but make a difference to ME

I cannot really comment on the plumbing prowess of this company, as they simply replaced a plug-in…read moresubpump at my house, but I can let you know that they charged me $953.75 for this job. The pump cost $150, so according to my rudimentary calculation, they charged me over $800 for about 20 minutes of work. You might want to go with a company that charges $150-200/hr, which is industry standard for the Spokane area, rather than these guys. Receipts are attached.

I have had the opportunity to use Plumb Zebra twice…read more The first time, we had yet to move into our new house back in January. We had them come in and install a new toilet. Since we were out of state, they took photos of the completed job and were respectful of our property. The second time was today. We had a strange situation going on with our sprinkler system and how it connected to our back faucet. Joe and Eamon (sp?) came and took out the strangeness, gave us a new faucet and integrated it into the sprinkler system. They worked well together and both were very personable and knowledgeable. Everything was tested and works great. Thanks guys.

Ineffective Service, Exorbitant Charge for Nothing, and Management Ignores Customers…read more I regret calling Raptor Rooter & Plumbing LLC for a serious plumbing issue in mid-November 2025. Water was backing up from a basement floor drain in my South Hill Spokane home, creating a messy and urgent situation. Technician Brandon arrived and, after I described the recurring problem in detail, tested the drain by running water. He then briefly ran a cable snake only about 2 feet into the drain and stopped. He provided no diagnosis, no explanation for the backup, and admitted he didn't have a camera scope on hand--which likely would have revealed the root cause. After roughly 45 minutes, he left without resolving anything. I was shocked to be billed $462 for this unproductive visit. Hoping for some accountability, I left a message two days later for General Manager Chris, asking him to call me about Brandon's service. It's now January 7, 2026--nearly two months later--and Chris has never bothered to return my call, showing a complete lack of integrity or concern for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I found a reputable plumbing company in the area. Their general manager and team were responsive, thorough, and fixed the problem permanently. Raptor Rooter's work was inadequate, their follow-through appalling, and their overall integrity horrendous. Save yourself the frustration and money--I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE for work beyond attaching a garden hose.
