After 3 years, I'm back. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. So when my…read morepanic and anxiety attacks conveniently began to tag team, I found myself back to the beginning. The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. So if you are on the fence, do it. Book the appointment and get started on your healing journey.

The session that truly changed my life was this year, when she helped me confront the inner hurting child in me. She spent so much time to actively listen to my issues, to hear the pain I was going through. She helped me unlock a younger version of myself, face her and taught me how to better care for her. I've taken those skills everyday in life with me since that session. It has positively affected my relationships, the trust in myself and has helped heal me. I've told so many friends about this experience and they were all in awe. Thank you Erika , I hope we have a chance to meet again soon. Wishing you life will always treat you kindly.

I was someone who was not very spiritual, let alone seeker help through holistic means. However, over the past year I came to understand my spiritual side and knew I wanted to find a healer. I found Erika through Yelp and after researching reviews, her website, and having a free consultation I decided to book my first session. Since then I have purchased a few more sessions and also referred my sister. My sessions started with a guided meditation which felt incredible. There are thousands of guided meditations online (e.g. Youtube), but having one at the start is a session with Erika felt different and more uplifting. The sessions would consist of topics that I needed help with. The topics vary depending on the day and what I felt boiling since the last session. They consist of but not limited to life in general, personal relationships, work, past trauma, and personal development. Without getting into the details, at the end of each session, I felt like I had discovered something deep inside me that has been blocked. Erika is very gifted at what she does. She provides a very comfortable and safe environment that allows you to share personal information that you may not share else where. All of my sessions were conducted online through zoom due to covid. I don't believe there would be a different if it was online or in person as I am still getting the same healing.

I've attended many seminars and trainings from well-known speakers and coaches over the years, but Tim's approach is different. It wasn't just coaching--it felt like real healing. He helped me look at my past failures, disappointments, and resentments from a completely new perspective. Instead of seeing them as burdens, he helped me realize they were actually part of what shaped me into the person I am today. For the first time, I felt genuine gratitude for experiences I had spent years wishing never happened. That shift alone was incredibly powerful. I left the session feeling lighter, more at peace, and more hopeful about the future. I'm genuinely excited for my next session and to continue this journey of growth and healing. I was truly at my wits' end. Childhood-rooted issues had carried over into my adulthood, and a…read morerecent heartbreak left me drowning in self-loathing, depression, and a vicious repetitive cycle. Traditional Western medications and therapy offered some temporary relief, but the moment I walked out of the office, I was right back to square one--nothing seemed to stick. Desperate for something different, I stumbled across the idea of hypnotherapy. Honestly, I had nothing to lose, so I decided to give it a real chance. After an initial phone conversation, I met Elizabeth in person. I'll admit I was still pretty skeptical during that first week--especially as someone who works in a hospital providing direct patient care, where evidence-based approaches are the norm. But I committed to the process. I followed the program diligently, incorporating the holistic medications/supplements and listening to the hypnotherapy recordings twice a day as instructed. Slowly, almost imperceptibly at first, things began to shift. My mentality and self-perception started changing in ways I hadn't thought possible. By the end of the program, I was genuinely not the same person who first walked into Elizabeth's office. I'm so much more outgoing now. I willingly put myself in vulnerable situations with strangers--something social anxiety used to completely paralyze me from doing. I even reenrolled in school, not just for the education, but to be around others and embrace that environment, which previously would have triggered overwhelming anxiety. This experience was worth every single penny. If you're feeling stuck in a painful cycle--whether it's anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or something deeper--I can't recommend Elizabeth and her hypnotherapy approach enough. It truly helped me get unstuck and move forward. What stands out even more is Elizabeth's genuine care. Even after all my sessions were completed, she still reaches out periodically to check in and see how I'm doing. That level of follow-through shows someone who takes real pride in their work and truly cares about their clients' long-term outcomes. Thank you, Elizabeth--you don't know how profoundly you've changed my life. If you're on the fence, just take the leap. It could be the turning point you've been searching for.

Elizabeth helped me understand that what I was going through wasn't just about my current situation, but also connected to deeper childhood experiences I hadn't fully recognized. She guided me through those emotions with patience and care, helping me make sense of everything I was feeling. Through her support and the process she walked me through, I slowly began to feel like myself again. I'm now in a much more positive place, and I truly feel like I've regained my sense of normalcy. I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm so grateful I took that step. If you follow her guidance, it truly works. He is also very spiritual, and his guidance gave me a strong sense of trust and hope throughout the process.
