This Reiki lady & owner of this place, has a terrible attitude. I couldn't even get past the scheduling without her attitude and rules. First she tells me that she cannot the 1 hr reiki to 16-year-olds for because they cannot lay down still for one hour. My son has been having anxiety and needed Reiki. He's 16 not 8 years old! Then when I had to reschedule, even though I was in the 24 hour window, she gave me attitude, but finally said she would not charge me for rescheduling. The next day when I texting her about my rescheduling to find a new date, sounds like she forgot that she said she would not charge for rescheduling, she tried to charge me 50% of the cost as a cancellation, even though I was trying to reschedule and not cancel! You can't be healing people when you're stressing them this much with your attitude, rules & changing what you say! read more

I have seen quite a few reiki healers in my life and most of them are good to amazing. Unfortunately I can't say the same here. Did an energy assessment reading and the stuff she was telling me was completely off and very bizarre. I also picked up some negative and impure energy from her. I recently went through a hard breakup after 12 years, and was completely adrift. I was lost in my grief and was being swallowed by the dark. I was able to contact and get an appointment same day! (Universe must have felt I needed this.) I walked in heavy, and walked out lighter. She listened to my situation with compassion and understanding and guided me through a cord cutting. About three years ago, I started to see Janelle for Reiki healing. During one session, I mentioned to her about some things that I was experiencing at home - how I always felt like someone was watching me, feeling uneasy a lot, and hearing things. For example, my sons toys would wake me up in the middle of the night cause they would go off and no one was playing with them as everyone was sleeping. His toys are kept in the TV room. At first I thought someone was in the house, but after inspection there wasn't. One time one of his toys went off right in front of me and my daughter during the day. I picked it up and the switch was in the off position. I told her to ignore it and I chose to ignore it too. Janelle then mentioned that I may need a house cleansing, which is a service she could provide. I immediately said yes. She could either provide the service in person or by distance. And by distance, she does not need to go to your house physically - just provide her the address and she can tap into the area from a distance. I chose from a distance. And let me tell you!! One of the best decisions I've ever made! I wasn't home at the time of the cleansing and later recieved her assessment by email. And wow what a trip it was lol. But it greatly aligned with everything I was experiencing at home. When I got home, it felt so fresh! It even smelled like a fresh breeze. The home felt lighter and more open. Even everyone at home was more happier and as the days passed by, everyone's attitudes greatly improved. I did forget to mention that my mom and dad were being very negative and seemed to always be in a bad mood. There was a total 180 in their attitudes after the cleansing. And I would like to mention that Janelle was able to describe my home without ever stepping foot in there - super impressive! I wholeheartedly trust Janelle and greatly recommend her! I do not recommend. For my first appointment she was late. I waited for 30 minutes. For the second appointment, she sent a confirmation text at 10:15 am when the appointment was at 11 am. She said she was going to charge a 50% cancellation fee because I didn't provide 24 hrs notice. She then sent me Venmo request of $35. I do not recommend. read more
