I went to see crystal for a session and paid via her website. When I showed up, I was told by a man that her grandfather was in the hospital and she had to reschedule. Keep in mind I just drove 30 minutes to get there. After that, she texted me telling me she was meditating, then later claimed it was due to her son having an asthma attack and would need to go to the hospital. All while I sat outside. So I found that odd then rescheduled as I'm pretty understanding and open minded. At the first session, crystal told me I was honest, and had a beautiful heart and soul. (Later she would come to change her mind apparently). She said she wanted to extend the session to another for free as she wanted to meditate more on me. I agreed. I came back for the second session, but she rescheduled on me, again. When I finally held the second session, she convinced me (silly me) to work with her for a month on my past traumas and sacral chakra. I agreed and Venmo-d her $580. This is where things got very sketchy. She told me she was going to get me supplies and gave me an assignment to write letters, pretty standard and I was happy with that. But I was never given any of the supplies as she said at the third session (the first one toward the $580). That the candle wouldn't form? I said okay, and scheduled the next session. At the end of each session she said to keep her updated and to call or text anytime to check in. Which I did, and she never responded. On the day of meetings I would have to triple text to try to confirm if we were still meeting. Before the next session, she reschedule again. But didn't reach out to tell me. I had to keep reaching out to her. This time she was in a fender bender which then somehow evolved to a serious accident which broke her back but then it was her neck. I texted her that I felt I was being taken advantage of and would like more communication going forward. I was still open to continuing sessions because I felt the letters were helpful. This is when the script got flipped. Crystal BLEW UP my text messages immediately gaslighting me for being unemotional, cruel, unethical, and told me I was a Terrible person for not asking if she was okay. At this point, I tried to sooth her (yes dumb) but I've dealt with narcissists before and knew immediately what was happening. So I said I looked forward to talking to clear the air the next day. But in those texts she offered a refund (you can see the texts attached) The next day I texted her and asked when she was available. No response again. At this point I knew my boundaries were being taken advantage of so I said I would respectfully like a refund as I didn't feel her services had been rendered at which point she went immediately back into not only gas lighting me, but started blackmailing me saying she recorded our sessions and she would release them to the public if I wrote her a bad yelp review. Unfortunately for her, I live my life as an open book and am not scared of bullies like her regardless of the actual threats she aimed at me as well. She told me she would fight me, that she can do worse things and that karma was going to get me. I have endured many forms of sexual and emotional abuse and have intimacy issues from that, so she took me as someone who could be bullied. Sadly for her, I don't allow anyone to cross lines like that. The texts are attached. I am currently in the process of submitting a complaint with the district attorney and city attorney against her "business." At this point I would pay another $580 just to never have to deal with this woman again. I have since blocked her. Please take this seriously, in my opinion this woman is clearly unwell and is not interested in helping you, but manipulating you. I am just sorry for anyone who may have been bullied into not posting their own review. I was skeptical at first. When i was in front of her office, i was really nervous and anxious of what she might say. This will be a lengthy review, so hold onto your hats because I cannot begin to bring forth everything she said to me that struck a cord. I came here about 5 to 6 months ago. My mother also came along and had her own reading. Crystal was very nice. Her Grandmother is very quiet and straight forward but had a pleasant energy. I called to make an appointment for someone else but decided to make an appointment for myself just for fun. I was a little apprehensive about going to have a reading but I decided that it was worth a shot. I had a combo-reading (tarot cards and psychic reading). The day of my appointment she was running about 10 min late which was no problem for me but she insisted that I receive a free palm reading as well which was lovely of her to offer so I accepted. Before hand, I had prepared some specific questions that I wanted answered. I sat down in crystals reading room and before I even had a chance to ASK the questions she started answering them specifically! I was blown away. This is my very first review on yelp.. I never wanted to write any comments online, however, This experience made me want to say something about it. The First thing I have to address is how nice and kind she made me feel as I walked in. The place is warm and comfortable for me to talk with her. The most important thing is how gifted she surprised me. I didn't even tell her anything and she could just pointed out where I was coming from.. Her reading is so amazingly touched me that I couldn't help busting my tears entire time..her readying told me more than I expected. It's like she could read entire me. Before I went to her, I was so lost. Just an hour, it completely changed how I see my problem. Her precise reading gave me so much courage that Im able to stay strong and positive.
