Needed to tighten the waistline and I also wanted to trim the dress length so it'd reach the top of my knee - Late October 2025: I got my Maid of Honor dress altered here! Unfortunately, I had very vague ideas of what I wanted. No more than 10 mins on the fitting platform and this gentleman was able to piece together alterations I was extremely happy with when I had to wear this dress less than a month later. - April 2026: I got 2 of my new trousers hemmed here. I had pants from Banana Republic and Aritzia that fit well for my waist, but I needed to shorten the length for the pant legs. Although there's a bit of a language barrier, this man is extremely talented and a local treasure to the Diamond Bar community. I no longer live in the area, but he's worth the drive from the South Bay for PERFECT alterations. Most places have drastically increased their rates because of the pandemic, but I've never quarreled with the owner of Diamond Bar Tailoring. Fair prices for absolute phenomenal work!! He may not have the 5-star rating on Yelp he did back then in 2019, but he's always been consistent and great with managing his time/customer expectations. I have a deep respect for his craft and genuinely give him a "10/10 a would recommend."

It was a little hard to find once I got inside, but the security guard was really nice and pointed me in the right direction. Once I got there, the process was super easy...I tried on my dress... she put the pins in my dress. I took it off and anticipated being ready in a few days. Nope she asked if I could pick it up next day, which was amazing. It came out beautiful, and it was $50 to hem. I'll be coming back for sure. If you've never been to this area, it's a little rough around the edges, with that said the people are super kind, really helpful, and give you a great deal. Without skipping a beat he apologized a lot and offered to pay me for it - I told him mistakes happen and to give me a credit for future cleanings. He was appreciative of the resolution. I was appreciative of how he handled the situation. I've gotten my clothes cleaned here for years and it always comes out great - any issues with stains I point out and they get them out every time. I had a few things altered and it came out fantastic. They have a well run business but what makes them or anyone a 5 star business is how they handle mistakes and customer service issues - everyone looks good when things are going well... how you respond to issues is what separates the good from bad and the good from the great.

I took my brand new dress to the dry cleaner, and it came back with several oily stains. I only discovered the stains after they kept saying that I should return it, which raised my suspicion. I brought it back and they said they could wash it again with water. After the wash, the stains were little less but still not completely removed. The lady there was not honest and kept blaming the dress's material for the stains. I told her the dress was brand new and had no stains when I brought it in. Please be cautious about this store. I plan to file a report with the BBB to warn others about this incident.
