It's been a while since I had dropped off pants to get hemmed. Years later, she's still nice and friendly! Totally adorable lady! Not only that, there's another reason why I should keep coming back although it's a 30 mins drive- worth it!

My is GLORIOUS! I had to get a half dozen or so dresses, 2 pants, 1 top, & 2 suits for my husband altered for a trip to Europe in which we would be having professional photo shoots, & I had VERY little time to get it done. My did it all SO beautifully & in time! The work is gorgeous, beautifully finished & extremely professional. We will be going to My for our alterations until she retires which I hope won't be for a long time. She is a meticulous genius with the soul of an artist, which I SO love & appreciate! Thank you so much

Got here right before they closed and they were able to accomodate me. I just needed them to sew something on my uniform and they said yes! Talk about customer service! They were able to sew it and back to me in under 5mins...and it was FREE! Thank you! read more

Found this place in Yelp and I'm glad I did. I had My alter a total of 3 formal dresses for me and turnaround is really quick. The first dress I brought she got done the next day. The next two dresses only took her 4 days. Definitely the place to go if you need a dress altered. I wouldn't worry about buying long or big dresses now as My can alter and customize to my size. read more

Amazing customer service and quick turnaround! Owner is very kind and accommodating when it comes to her hours of operation. You just have to ask. Her prices are very reasonable as well. Extremely satisfied with this little gem I found. Will be taking my alterations here from now on. read more

My's has to be one of the best tailors I've ever been to. She is willing to go above and beyond what you ask foR. And the timeframe for her work is amazingly quick. This was my very first tailor experience and she was a dream! She has very limited hours due to covid I imagine, not sure if she plans on changing it as everything begins to open up but if I remember correctly Monday- Saturday 9am-12pm?? But she was very very amazing! She was able to squeeze us in to fit us for a total of 4 dresses on a Saturday. She was very kind, offered us water as we waited for our turn. Her studio (changing room) was fair, a little room with some curtains for you to change, but very roomy. I honestly was expecting to spend like $200 but for my 2 dresses (take in length and adjust the bra areas) $70... of course what ever you need adjusted has it's own price depending on what it is. She did advise my sister for her wedding dress she should take it back to David's Bridal because the material is very thick and expensive. That she could try but her equipment is not meant for materials such as her dress. So we very much appreciated her honesty. Other than that, our dresses were ready the following week! Definitely recommend and will continue to go to her for any of my tailor needs. read more

My is such a sweet, warming person! Her accent makes it a little hard to understand her but bad at all. She altered a bridesmaid dress for me, took in the shoulders, bust area almost 1/2 size, and hemmed the bottom and it only cost me $50 (the dress was 3 layers). It was ready in a couple days. My sister also took her dress there and only paid $10 to get it hemmed. To put it into perspective, I took a jumpsuit to another location (all they did was take in the straps) and I paid $45. I get enough of my stuff altered to know a good deal when I see one. My is my new go to! I'm so happy I found her. read more

My is very friendly! She was able to accommodate me and a fellow bridesmaid with a next day alteration. When I went in to get measured I had my 3 year old son with me and she was so nice to him as well. Her prices are very reasonable. My is an extremely sweet and caring lady. I needed an entire suit tailored for a wedding and was crunched for time. My was able to get me fitted and get the suit back to me in a surprisingly short amount of time. The suit was taken in perfectly and looks great. If you want perfectly stitched hem, this is the place to go!! This is a no frills spot located in a small business park. I'm so glad I found it on Yelp. I'm always afraid of getting my clothes altered because you never know the results. I dropped off my pants to be hemmed on a Wednesday afternoon and (at my request) they were ready for pick up on Saturday. She might've had them ready sooner but I was in no rush. It's common for most pants/ dress pants to run long on me, but now that I've found the perfect tailor, I don't have to worry about them dragging on the ground. The price is very affordable for the quality of work you receive. I will definitely be back for any future alterations and I hope the workmanship will be just as great. I had last minute alterations for several pants. I came here and was not disappointed. I figured it may take some time to get back due to the people that were already inside and getting clothing adjustments.... However, My, not only had my pants hemmed properly, but she had the quickest turnaround timeframe. Sooo fast and super friendly. Took my husbands dress blues uniform in a half hour before they closed on Thursday and asked if she could have two patches sewn on by Friday afternoon, she had it done by 9 AM on Friday! She also gave it to us for free since my husband is in the military. read more

Needed to tighten the waistline and I also wanted to trim the dress length so it'd reach the top of my knee - Late October 2025: I got my Maid of Honor dress altered here! Unfortunately, I had very vague ideas of what I wanted. No more than 10 mins on the fitting platform and this gentleman was able to piece together alterations I was extremely happy with when I had to wear this dress less than a month later. - April 2026: I got 2 of my new trousers hemmed here. I had pants from Banana Republic and Aritzia that fit well for my waist, but I needed to shorten the length for the pant legs. Although there's a bit of a language barrier, this man is extremely talented and a local treasure to the Diamond Bar community. I no longer live in the area, but he's worth the drive from the South Bay for PERFECT alterations. Most places have drastically increased their rates because of the pandemic, but I've never quarreled with the owner of Diamond Bar Tailoring. Fair prices for absolute phenomenal work!! He may not have the 5-star rating on Yelp he did back then in 2019, but he's always been consistent and great with managing his time/customer expectations. I have a deep respect for his craft and genuinely give him a "10/10 a would recommend."

After the wash, the stains were little less but still not completely removed. The lady there was not honest and kept blaming the dress's material for the stains. I told her the dress was brand new and had no stains when I brought it in. Please be cautious about this store. I plan to file a report with the BBB to warn others about this incident.

I had a wonderful experience at My's Alterations! I visited because I needed zippers installed in the pockets of my husband's cargo shorts to make them secure for events. Initially, My informed me that adding a zipper under the flap of the pocket wouldn't be feasible, but that they could install it on top, and I agreed. Upon returning a week later, My presented the cargo pants with the zipper sewed inside the pocket flap, and both my husband and I were amazed with the result - you can't even tell there are zippers there!
